My stay at this hotel has been disappointing overall. The room is dirty and has a strong vinegar smell.

Had a girls night with my 10 year old daughter, in the King Spa suite. Excellent facilities, and an extremely comfortable bed. Very happy with our stay. Great customer service on booking in and out. 10/10

房間比較小 設施很老 乾淨簡潔衞生 不過作為趕路休息的一晚 也還可以～ motel都這樣大同小異～

Convenient location. Cleanliness could be improved e.g stained carpet and seating was not appealing. People swimming in the pool at 2am was not ideal.

Good location, with good amenities on offer. Bed was comfortable, and clean. Room was tired, with paint peeling in areas. Old plumbing, shower was very, very hard to regulate to a comfortable temp. Main bedroom was very hot, as air con was in other area.

Car parks are small & should be assigned to rooms. Staff were great, water mains being repaired & we were continually informed

This is very convenient to the centre of town. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The motel is looking a bit tired.

Mid-City has lost a bit of zjoosh. With a mid point price on nights, it has the central access however some disappointing attention to detail with windows that didnt close and tv’s that were not working. King spa room delivered on spa, however lack of luxury with mini bar wine - no glasses (albeit no plastic either) and the little things that bring me back.

For the price, the property was very run down and extremely dirty, I don't think the carpet or the windows had been cleaned in years. The room set up was good, but the tiny bar fridge was in poor condition and froze or heated, not to mention the door got stuck on the dirty brown carpet, the furniture was skeptical and there was no airflow. The roller doors for the service area was directly below us and were noisily raised early each morning with carts being trundled around the carpark and the whole area outside had a bit of a dodgy feel to it. Again for the price it was a bit ordinary. On a plus the restaurant and kids play area was a stroke of genius and the pool area was easily accessed and nice.
