Great hotel. Near the metro and 7/11 directly opposite the hotel. The bed was comfy too. I had a great view of the Skytree.

Clean. Convenient access to subway just beside the hotel and 10mins walk to JR Station. Must definitely improve its WiFi connections.

Overall, we like the location and breakfast. Subway is within the same building. Extremely convenient. However, Rooms were kind of old and need upgrade.

No restaurants nearby, must walk a bit. Restaurant in hotel closes 8pm and sometimes don't open for dinner. Rooms are ok for Japan standard. Doesn't provide water. At night, the place is very quiet no life. Near subway station. Counter staff some cannot speak English or understand it. There's 7Eleven & Family Mart just 2 minutes away.

Excellent hotel and good location. Easy to access to tourist attractions. Staff are nice and provides quick support (2 extra pillows).

Not much service. Did not want to refund for a breakfast. Breakfast started only at 7am.

Hotel is a little old, but very convenient. Staff are friendly, and has a 7-11 and family mart within walking distance

Fantastic hotel with great staff and wonderful views for standard rooms. I had trouble with a planned package delivery, and they were helpful in an essential way.

It’s close to a convenience store and a train station. The location is great, but the food is even better! A wide variety of foods for everybody to choose from. The beds were very comfy, and the whole room was extremely clean.

Staff at counter not helpful to find room to scenic spots. It is close to station, easy to travel to Akihabara and Asakusa

Right beside the Ryogoku metro station and just a 10-min walk to the Ryogoku JR station. Rooms are sufficiently spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Cool breakfast with Japanese elements.
