The place is closed to Shinjuku Main Station and a great location for value. The place is meticulously clean with convenient washing machine, steam dryer, microwave, refrigerator in the unit. For family of four, there are 1 full bed, folding sofa bed and a single foldable bed. I like that the shower and toilet are separated. The units are self serve check in and check out. There are locker storage which is a big plus in case you arrived early or need to leave your luggages after check out. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11:00 am. You must check out  before  or at 11:00 am to avoid hefty penalties. I would consider going to this place if I will be in Tokyo on my future trips.

All self service, don’t expect to see any staff. There was an incident of no hot water in the morning, after contacting the staff via SMS, I was sent an instruction by email how to fix the problem by myself.

Very convenient location. Close to commercial area. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is just outside Higashi-Shinjuku Subway Station. It is clean and hygienic. The space is very large for a hotel in Tokyo. The self-service facilities are very convenient to operate and you can also store your luggage by yourself. I am really satisfied with this. There is a hotel downstairs FamilyMart convenience store and a 24-hour large supermarket nearby

There are all kinds of home appliances in the room, and there is a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs which is very convenient! In terms of location, it takes about 10-20 minutes to walk to the lively areas near Shinjuku~

I don’t know why hotels in Tokyo are so expensive. I originally wanted to book a hotel near Shinjuku Station, but twin rooms were very expensive and many were fully booked. The only option is Higashi-Shinjuku, which is further away. This hotel is actually similar to a B&B, with self-service check-in and no cleaning service. The room is quite large and the facilities are quite new and complete. There is a small open kitchen, washing machine, microwave, etc. The location is convenient. It only takes two minutes to walk to Exit A3 of Higashi-Shinjuku Station. Went out and turned through a small park. almost there. Since the hotel is located on the street, it is very quiet at night. There is a convenience store downstairs, but not many restaurants.

The place is clean, comfortable, close to the subway, close to the supermarket, next to family mart, very suitable for coming in groups.
