Ulasan Shenzhen Yisu Mountain Ximeisu

This was a relax weekend gateway trip for single female traveler! Location is actually very convenient, after high speed train, didi 30mins arrived. The place is like an airbnb, situated in the little Creek by the mountains! The rooms are spacious and clean. There is daily afternoon tea set and breakfast included. You can choose to eat at the rooftop restaurant surrounding by the mountains, birds, and sunshine, or have it in your room. The front desk is super friendly and accommodating! All the staffs are super kind and friendly. Definitely somewhere I would recommend anyone for a gateway to read, star glazing, close to the nature, or family gathering.

A place surrounded by nature, yet only about half an hour's drive from the most popular tourist destinations. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful, even when it comes to finding ways to communicate with those who have difficulty with Chinese. A big plus is that they welcome pets, even large ones like my Siberian husky. I would recommend paying a little more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, which are clean overall, but with a little extra attention to some details, everything would be truly perfect. The reserved parking is definitely a convenience, especially during busy periods such as the first week of October. I highly recommend it.

We went here for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it was lovely. They helped to put some balloons and signs up and it was a very nice room with a Mountain View. The area is very chilled and there is hiking options up into the mountains with some great views. The service from front desk was very good too and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a break from the city.

Peaceful, beautiful, perfect getaway. The room was exceptional; clean, modern, spacious, great attention to detail. Friendly service, nice afternoon tea. They also let me check out late, which is great, because I didn't want to leave. Everything here is lovely, I'll be back. Thank you!

Although the staff were friendly and accommodating, the photos look nothing like the hotel. The reality is the hotel is a little rundown. It was really disappointing and we ended up going to a different hotel.

Perfect escape nearby Shenzhen city!The hotel is in a valley surrounded by huge mountains and there is a creek running almost in front of the hotel!The staff is friendly and professional.We were granted with an afternoon tea set and we appreciated it.You can go for a hike from the hotel and come back to enjoy really good Hakka food in a simple yet very nice restaurant 50 meters from the hotel!I highly recommend this place!

1. Location is a bit far but perfect for a quiet retreat, you may prebook Didi taxi or take bus or walk 5-10 mins to the main road for taxi 2. Great and friendly staff and service: offer pick up to closest metro station cause it was dark and no taxi nearby; allow breakfast in room (food is decent); 24/7 wechat service 3. Fresh air & amazing scenery: you may bring pets over, the hotel have a cute dog and alpaca Highly recommend for a stay!

Good service and very friendly

I used it on a solo trip. I was relieved that it was in a place rich in nature. I'm glad that the room is also very clean. The breakfast was also delicious. When I was in trouble because I couldn't get a taxi to the station on the way home, it was helpful to pick me up. It's a hotel I want to use again.

Free breakfast and afternoon tea! My kid and husband enjoyed it so much.
