Very nice facilities and friendly staff. Nice location too but it's difficult to find restaurants nearby for food

Situated on a main road, the hotel is easy to find but a bit far from the Royal Palace compound. Although it is next to the Mandalay railway station, there is no train service to anywhere. Bearing in mind, there’s no public transport in the city, you need to call a taxi or tuktuk motor car to go around. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic.

The room is very clean, the service staff is very good, the food is pleasant and delicious.

디럭스룸에 머물렀어요. 방의 환경도 좋아요. 엘러베이터는 3개 있어서 편합니다. 보안요원이 항상 1층에 있어서 호텔은 안전합니다.

The room and bathroom are generous size, the carpeting is very dirty with many stains. The staff was not friendly and the area surrounding the hotel was bleak with no one is light in the being. I would not recommend this hotel. I had a second booking which I canceled.

It was quiet and near the moat.

The superior room is small but enough to live in. All amenities and facilities are just fine but one small thing, no provide breakfast but there are many restaurant around the hotel. The bath room with magic mirror is very nice and impressive. I sure to come back and stay in this hotel.

Sono stato riprotetto qui per due notti, l’hotel è comodo al palazzo e ad alcuni ristoranti di cucina locale. Le camere sono super spaziose, abbastanza pulite anche se la moquete è macchiata. Set di cortesia completo. Colazione un pó scarna dovuto alle poche camere occupate. Personale molto disponibile e professionale. Prezzo ok per il servizio

호텔에 짧게 머물렀지만, 정말 깔끔하고 편안한 여행을 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 특히 밍군/우베인 브릿지 근교 투어를 신청해야 했는데 호텔에서 정말 친절하게 알아봐주었어요. 다음날 새벽 만달레이 국제공항으로 가는 택시도 완벽하게 예약해주어 편하게 이동했습니다. 즐거운 여행이었어요 :)
