"In a country like this, only three things are expected from a hotel with these characteristics: hygiene, Wi-Fi and air conditioning (it was 40 degrees), but the hotel does NOT provide the service we paid for. It is clear that the standards in this country are VERY different from Western ones, but even so, they do not provide the service they offer. The cleaning is a bit fair, especially in the bathroom and the wi-fi does NOT work and it is not because of the continuous power cuts, it is because the contracted power is insufficient. We notified the reception of the problem and they went up to the room with a signal amplifier that also did not work, so we could not use the internet. As for the staff, it is difficult to communicate with them because they hardly speak English and if they do speak their accent is so bad that you can't even understand them, yes, as a positive point they smile a lot and are VERY helpful, however in a hotel you can't pay for smiles, pay for services offered. I would never recommend this hotel."

"The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help, especially manager Sarah who speaks perfect English, which is not often in Myanmar, she did help us a lot during our stay. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. The problems were quickly eliminated: our room faced the swimming pool where people were smoking and the smoke went to the room. Next morning we moved to another room. I did not see any insects in the hotel. The only inconvenience is the cards - they have to be used in the elevator, so if you left without the card - you'll have to wait for someone to help you."

"We came here because we had a positive experience a few days ago. For staying here second time the staff was not that kind like before. We had an early morning bus and didn't manage to book the hotel from the night before, because the bus was supposed to arrive in the mirning. Instead we arrived in the middle of the night. We only booked from mext day afternoon. We arrived to Aurora and asked to book a room from the night so basically 12 hours before our official check in. We said we would pay 1 night extra. The night staff guy just didn't want to work and said there are no available rooms! It was not true. We slept in the hotel lobby, at least he didn't kick us out. Never again!"
