Benar-benar menjijikkan dan kotor!!! Karpet tidak pernah dibersihkan selama bertahun-tahun, cat mengelupas di dinding bagian dalam, dan sarang laba-laba di mana-mana!!! Kami tidak mengharapkan layanan saat memesan hotel bintang 3, tetapi kami mengharapkan kebersihannya!!! Menjijikkan untuk grup jaringan internasional global!!! Kami seharusnya tahu jika tidak ada pengembalian uang yang ditawarkan saat kami memesan. Unfortunately, there is no single bed room but the hotel is very modern and has cute interior. The staff is very friendly. In the surrounding areas there is a river, a café and the metro station.

Very convenient location. Place were quiet, near the Suzhou river. Hotel it’s self was good as well. Good enough for those who came to know Shanghai but prefer to stay out of the shouting areas. 🤓

The Holiday Inn Shanghai Hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes by taxi from Hongqiao Airport. The staff were friendly and the view outside the window was very beautiful. The bed was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was warm. The towel is changed every day. The breakfast is also great. I stayed comfortable for three days.
