Great hotel and service! There are several large supermarkets and a beautiful park nearby. The room was clean and fresh, but there was a minus. There is not much lighting in the room. There is none at all, just a bedside lamp and a floor lamp. This light was not enough for me.

First nights in Tbilisi and we stayed in this hotel as it is very convenient for coffee shops, supermarket and a scroll around the city. There was only 1 front desk staff available during our stay, so we were unable to ask for translation assistance for our taxi ride. However, we ended up renting a car and the hotel also provides an underground parking area for hotel guests which was great.

The hotel is located in the new city of Tbilisi, a traditional American business hotel with a rich buffet in the morning. It is opposite Carrefour and a shopping mall. There is a cable car station about 200 meters ahead of the hotel. You can take the cable car up the mountain to enjoy the view.

The environment is OK, but there is a lot of traffic jam during rush hour.

Overall it's OK. The service is average.

The small room is equivalent to a three-star hotel in China. After placing the order, Ctrip did not follow up on the order and check-in was slow. To wait for!
