I had a wonderful stay in the Zurich Istanbul hotel. the staff was cool and helpful. I was staying there for 6 days with my family. the room was quite good and the location is great. However, on our last day, the roomkeeping ruined our journey. they tried to steal the baby bag, the phone charger, and the new medical backband I bought there. My wife and I tried to search everywhere, I had to unpack items of luggage many times... In the end, my wife found them under the mattress (between the mattress and Bed frames). I was frustrated since we spent a lot of time looking for the charger and the baby bag. and we only have 3 hours left to go to the airport. DO NOT trust roomkeeping in this hotel. - The room number was 323 third floor - Checkout was on Thursday 23rd at 11 pm

I booked for an hotel but what I found was a room in the middle of a nightclub. The noise is so high that was impossible to sleep even you ear cuff and Bose noise cancelling headphones. I recommend to stay away from this place if you’re looking for a place to sleep.

We had the booking in this hotel two months in advance and one day before our trip we have received an email where they have actually cancelled our reservation with no valid reason. We have provided 3 different credit and debit card to secure our room but some reason they declined all of it. 10 minutes later I call them and this time I realized they not speaking English or they pretending to no speak any other language. I was on the phone with them about 35 minutes and I was demand to speak with a manager but they simply hang up a phone on me. I tried to call them again and they said nothing they can do because the hotel is fully booked so is no reason to calling them because they can’t give me room anyway (on the side note I’m traveling with my 1,5 year old son and a 5 months pregnant wife) so they hang up a phone on me again. The whole phone call I was tried to remain calm and professional as I also working in the hotel industry as an executive chef but the hotel staff was carelessness and rude. I would like to warn everyone to be careful to book any room in this hotel and I also hope the leadership will do the right action and it will not happen with others Kind regards

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was incredibly disappointing and filled with numerous issues. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with extra small beds that were only suitable for children. Despite requesting a room change, the staff refused to accommodate my request and claimed that the internet problem was due to my phone, despite it working perfectly elsewhere. Frustratingly, there was no manager available to address my concerns. It is clear that the hotel staff did not prioritize solving problems or ensuring guest satisfaction. Instead, they seemed more interested in dismissing my complaints and getting me to leave. I would caution anyone from staying at this hotel due to its overall lack of cleanliness, unhelpful staff, and absence of proper management. Please consider this feedback and explore alternative accommodation options in order to have a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Like many people do, I book a hotel with the expectation that I won’t spend much time there as I’ll be exploring the area. The hotel is only used for sleeping. Even in bad hotels I’ve stayed I’ve been able to sleep. Not Hotel Zurich. There is a rooftop bar which boasts music from 10pm - 2am. I’m only on night 3 out of 4 and I’m already writing my review because of how terrible my nights sleep has been here. The music can be heard on all floors of the hotel. The rooms are not even slightly soundproof - can hear your neighbours, can hear street, can hear water flushing, and of course the bar upstairs. I have not had a good nights sleep which is a shame because I read good reviews of the hotel. A few people mentioned the music but I thought how bad could it be? Awful so it is!! Do not stay at this hotel. Spend your money else where. The rooms are smaller than pictures suggest, you can smell smoke in your room even on non smoking floor, breakfast is okay, staff are friendly enough, but you won’t be able to sleep here.

Good hotel at the heart of old Istanbul. Very close to lots of shops and restaurants. Good breakfast. The only downside is that in their website it says they will park your car free of charge. We were disappointed when they told us that the hotel doesn't have a parking and they charge €25 per day to park the car in a privately owned parking

With special thanks to Faroza and Yasir for making this a great stay. Yasir was extremely friendly and was good with my children. The only downside can’t swim with a shirt on would be nice to know this policy prior to booking.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! Our biggest mistake in selecting this hotel was due to swimming pool! What can I say... i. Hotel Manager was rudest person ever... ii. Hotel staff (not all) that we spoke with are fraudstars this includes the manager. We requested for a six seater taxi to go to the Mall and they wanted 1000TL (real fare was between 600~800 TL) iii. Triple rooms are not triple iv. Photos of the rooms and bed does not reflect recent and nothing alike! v. we been to three room... 1st floor, 2nd floor and 5th floor all rooms were smelling very bad, as if raw open sewage flowing through the rooms! vi. Hotel staff did not resolve the issue and they were awere of the issue and still allowing guests to book the room in the end, we had to resolve by putting a wet towel on top of the drainage to stop the odur coming into the room and have the AC running 24/7.

The staff is great! The rooms are fabulous & clean!! Also they are having lotiz lounge on the 7th floor wich is so perfect! You don’t need to go outside to chill & relax! Also about the hotel the staff are very helpful at any moment or time! Thnx Zurich hotel staff for making our stay soooo nice!! Thnx for borrowing the wheelchair, y’all helped me and my mom so much!!

The hotel is in an excellent location and has all the amenities. I must say with the exception of Ipek the reception staff could be more pleasant, helpful and smile a bit. They are cold and distant and doesn't make you feel welcome. They could do much much better on hospitality and be more friendly.

The first impression was good: there are quite a variety of breakfasts, convenient location. But waking up in the middle of the night, we were horrified: the whole bed where we slept was literally teeming with bedbugs that had already bitten us. Never before with such horror did not face . We went to the reception, it was clear that this was not news to them, we were offered another room, in which it was impossible to stay without an open window. They didn't even offer any compensation!
