The hotel location is good. It would be good if the amenities can be placed in the room without requesting on a daily basis.

I think this was the most disappointing stay in Amsterdam and i’ve been there more than 30 times trying different hotels. There is no way this is a 5 star hotel… no Spa, no pool , and a very poor breakfast…  Rooms are tiny and extremely noisy ( i got the room above the bar and you can hear the noise from there as well as the trameway )…  Cleaning is average ( floor wad dusty the whole stay ) Amneties are not provided unless you ask ( and then you wait for 5 minutrs to one hour to get them … and this in case they don’t “forget” ) Check in was horrible… i waited 3 hours to have my room ready after a flight of 19 hours and the reception staff ( except one to be fair ) was acting like they didn’t work there  I got an item taken during cleaning ( i left it on the bed and it was probably taken with the bedsheets )  I complained and no one actually got back to me until i checked out to stay : we will check with cleaning teams when they are back AVOID staying here and go to art’otel ( hotel next door…) same price and 10000 better  … i  regret not taking it this time  Will not go back

Convenient location.

The room was clean and comfortable and a good rate through Trip.com. The staff were polite and helpful. I stayed three nights and the room was not serviced during my stay. Someone did knock on my door around 5pm the day before I was leaving and asked if I needed the room to be cleaned. I declined as I had been out all day and needed to relax. Apart from the lack of housekeeping my stay was generally good.

The location is in the city center and close to the train station, making it convenient for traveling to the airport and other cities. The staff is friendly and very patient with your inquiries. It was a pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful 1 night stay. Lovely room, great breakfast. The location is incredible, basically as central as you can get. I was a bit worried about noise pollution but the windows etc were very well insulated and I slept great.

I booked for a King Bed room, but upon arrival, I was given a (tad smaller than) queen bed. I complained, and was immediately given a King Bed room...

Excellent location. Love the hotel smell. They gave us a room spray during check out. That as a nice touch. Special touches like chocolate and healthy juice was great. Front desk/door personnel were friendly. They will greet u all the time with a smile and greeting. The 1 thing that lack a little bit was house keeping. It was rainy throughout my stay and alot of sand from the road. They did not vacuum the room which feels sandy nor did they empty out the water from the ice bucket from my 1st day check in until check out. Other than that, it was my favourite hotel during throughout my europe trip.

The hotel atmosphere is nice & friendly. The rooms very clean & everything is intact and reachable. The staff are very helpful & the breakfast has a wide variety & it was with a manageable crowds.
