Very good breakfast. Clean bathrooms and excellent location of hotel. A little noisy in the corridor -doors could be better damped. I would recommend this place to aynone.

Bad experience at night, it's impossible to sleep at 1:30 in the morning. It seems like there's a party inside the hotel. I definitely won't be back.

Very pleasant surprise. Hotel clean and friendly to cyclists. Breakfasts rich and tasty. I sincerely recommend!

The location is perfect, it is 3 minutes from the beach, the breakfast is spectacular, the dinner is not worth it. We had a problem with the room assignment, since as they told us they assign you the room (renovated or not) depending on who you book with, I booked with trip and it is seen that if you do not reserve with booking you will not get the good rooms. We spoke when we arrived with a man, quite rude and unfriendly, we told him the problem of not having reserved that room, after discussing with him, he told us that the next day we should speak with a man who was going to be at the reception, the lady was super nice, pleasant and decisive. As did everyone at the reception.

Very very friendly staff, especially the receptionists at the reception. Very clean hotel. And it's good to stay there. Hotel close to everything.

The truth is that the location cannot be better, the room is perfect and the hotel is very good, the only thing that we did not like so much was the pool, since we were bathing and a woman jumped over a fence and sat in the pool watching to the street, the truth is that it was a bit strange and uncomfortable, but for everything else very well.

Price-quality seems very good. They have body wash/shampoo lotion and toothbrush and toothpaste. The room was clean and adequate for the price in the area. We had flat TV and a fan. Comfortable bed and several pillows. We had a little terrace with a little table, two tables and a little line to hang out on. The wifi is free and worked very well.

Simple and clean, but surprisingly no door in the bathroom.

Such a nice hotel, basic rooms but got everything you would need. Rooms cleaned daily with new towels. Amazing location- 2 minute walk to beach, close to lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Very clean room and lovely terrace. Definitely more than 1 star hotel. Very cheap bar and restaurant at hotel with really good food! Pool was lovely- quiet and small- sun trap on the windier days!

Bright spacious relaxing and or dining space to choose from both inside and outside the hotel. The reception staff were warm and welcoming from start to finish. Room attendants were also very nice and the accomodationn spotless! I had breakfast only and the choice and variety was very nice seeing as i am vegan and my choices different there was something for me to choose from everyday. The Beach really is a 2 minute walk from the hotel with many ways to access it . Lovely quiet spot just what I like to do what I want with no pressure from business owners to either eat at their establishments or ride the Boats. I will definently rebook in the very near future.

Rooms are bad. Shower well talk about dribble you would be better off having your shower by the pool . No fridge in room , and they would not let you have ice unless you brought a drink . Food OK but could off been hotter . And well coffee machine took ages . Breakfast warm but the time you got your coffee it be stone cold and always a que for coffee . (One person a time ) . Towels were dirty , bedding not great . So I'd defently would not stay there again

We were given a large corner room with corresponding sized balcony. The sheets and towels were changed daily, which does not always happen with this size of hotel. The food was excellent and plentiful and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to any one with an average budget. It is in a very good location near to the beach and shops. Would definitely return.

Really enjoyed this hotel stay, would return again. highlights : our room - it was clean basic and comfortable. Clean linin and room cleaned every morning. We had a wall mounted TV with English chancels. Plenty of mirrors. Wardrobe with ample space for a few nights just two of us. Hair dryer. Toiletry’s provided. Downstairs -the bar and restaurant are exactly as pictured. Relaxing vibes , very clean and modern. Open to the street and makes an Absolutely perfect space for your hotel base. Great drinks menu . Pool table also a nice addition. We enjoyed the breakfast with a lovely selection of cooked and cold continental style breakfasts. Pool - is found on the first floor, it’s a sun-trap gem with very comfortable loungers and plenty of parasols. It looks modern and although the pools is small, it was clean and deep, the shallow end was still chest height on an adult. Location - this is the biggest selling point. Absolutely amazing location. Cross the road and you at the wonderful beach. Shops bars restaurants are all there. You can walk up away from the beach also and find lovely places to shop eat and drink including a London pub just a few steps away. Points that let it down: - the room did get warm , there’s no AC. There was a very large fan that with the balcony door open and a glass of cold water in front did cool the room slightly. It wasn’t unbearable but warm. - the balcony wasn’t as I exspected. Our room was in the Center of the hotel facing away from the front and we had no view just other guests rooms. For us this wasn’t an issue we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room other then getting ready or resting. If this would matter to you I would recommend trying to request a room before arriving. - a little information about the hotel and are would have been a lovely addition to the room. This may have been available somewhere down stairs and we didn’t find it. Not a big thing at all just a suggestion, as a first time visitor it’s nice to have some information.

This hotel looks nothing like the photos! We arrived to our room which which was at the back side of the hotel. Our balcony looked out onto a wall and building. The room had 3 beds in there and was nothing like the photos. The room was dirty, hot and only had a fan which was filled with dust and dirt which went everywhere all over the bed when turned on. When we asked staff to sort this they said we had to bring the fan downstairs and they would look, no offer to come to the room and look. The bathroom was tiny, dirty and only had a shower head you could hold to use it. When we asked the staff to move us they didn’t help or would not move us, when we said our concerns he threw another room key at us to look at that room, it was even worse, the shower was basically in a cupboard! The pool was tiny and looked dirty, we could not stay in this hotel. We had to pay out lots of money to book a new hotel and the staff did not care even when my family were upset about this. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!
