I originally made a reservation the night before to deliver it to the high-speed rail station for free the next morning. They actually told us to take a taxi to the high-speed rail station by ourselves. After an argument, the waiter agreed that the hotel would pay us to take a taxi ourselves.
The choice of this brand is due to its quality and service. I believe that since the hotel has marked free pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail + airport on the platform. And it was booked the day before. Then this must be a cost forecast and service commitment that the hotel has made. I didn’t expect that such an individual would tarnish the reputation of this brand.
Pick-up service:
Check-in on the 13th was four hours early. Ask the hotel to pick you up at the high-speed rail station, the hotel attendant said on the phone. The pick-up time exceeds their stipulations, and we will not pick up people after 7pm! My high-speed rail arrival time is at 9pm, and the hotel has been booked, so I can only take a taxi to the hotel.
