We had a good 2 night stays at this hotel. We had conference at nearby IPB Convention center. So convenience. The staff was helpful. I will choose this hotel if I need to go there again.

Request 2 smooking room by phone ok.... Begitu datang hanya diberi 1 smooking room. Tolong diperbaiki sistem pelayanannyan terhadap customer.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Bed is really comfy. Plus point, shopping centre is just nearby. Definitely worth staying here.

Price is affordable! The food is good in terms of variety of choices and taste. The staff are excellenty accomodating. We have to request at the front office to provide us a hairdyer. One thing to complain is about the design of the bathrom. There is no door to close when we are having shower. And since the shower head is attached on the wall, it's really hard to direct the direction of the water spray. As a result, water splases outside the shower room and wet the toilet area and wastafel area. The design is weird. It would have been helpful if at leas they install a shower curtain to prevent the water to wet the area outside the shower room. To solve the problem, I requested for a double bath mat to wipe the wet area. To add, the debit of the water from the shower head was weak so I never felt that I had a proper shower.

Nice clean hotel. Better than few Fave Hotel in Jakarta and Bandung.

The best place to stay in Bogor. Mall in a walk distance only, damri to the airport is in front of the hotel. The room is very clean, tv has a netflix so you can chillin in the room with cool AC. Their staf is very kind and humble can help what you need anytime. I will be back to this hotel next time

Lorong berkarpet dan ada dispenser.mantap lah.sukses fave.. viewnya keren gunung salak. Resepsionisnya baik.. anak sy nangis dikasi susu coklat.maaci mba 😉
