"I saw on Ctrip that this hotel was renovated in 2022, so I thought it was very new and the score was not low. Therefore, I made a reservation one day in advance and specifically confirmed with Ctrip customer service that I wanted a non-smoking room. After arriving as scheduled, we found that it was a hotel converted from a very old building. The room given by the front desk smelled of cigarettes and the carpet in the corridor was very dirty. The waiter said that the 4th and 5th floors here are old decorations, and the floors above 6 were newly renovated at the end of 21. This is obviously inconsistent with the description! After communicating with Ctrip, they agreed to change rooms, but since it was raining and it was getting late, we had no choice but to make do with it. We changed to a room on the sixth floor, but there was still a smell of cigarette smoke. However, there was no other room to change, and we didn't want to go through the trouble of changing hotels, so we had to make do with it.
