Great food and drink ,, nice old style hotel and close to Hyde Park  Staff very friendly and has full concierge service

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from both Paddington and Lancaster stations, making it an ideal choice for travelers to London. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms you'd expect. What really stood out during my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the Hotel to others.

Great location. Just next to the Hyde Park. Less than 5 minute wakling to Lancaster Gate tube station. Definitely will come again!!

Location is great, convenient for public transportation and very close to Hyde Park. Room is a bit small but one doesn’t feel too uncomfortable. The hiccup was we needed to wait for more than 10 minutes when we picked up the luggage from the concierge.

A very basic hotel. The only things to compliment are the location and the service of its staff. 10 mins walk from paddington station. The rooms are a bit old. The leather on the headboard of the bed was falling off. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the car noises from the streets very clearly.

Don’t stay here if you have a dust allergy or don’t smoke.  I stayed here in 2019 and it was WAY better back then. I made the mistake of booking again… I changed 4 rooms on 3 floors, all smelled of smoke! At last I was moved to a room on the 8th floor that didn’t smell of mould or smoke. Tiny room with the bed touching the wall, and no soundproofing (loud construction site next to the hotel so you’ll wake up early) The dust in this place is atrocious - the carpets haven’t been vacuumed in a long long time. I honestly couldn’t breathe at night and also couldn’t open the window in my room. The staff was helpful and lovely but the rooms are terrible. I was also promised an upgrade on my second day but the staff member did not make any efforts to follow up on this. I wouldn't stay here again if someone paid me.  Good lobby and location though - Oxford street, Paddington and Marble Arch are right at your doorstep.

The location is good and accessible, close to station Paddington and Lancaster. You can also take bus 148 to the city. The cleanliness has to improve because the plate provided not clean. The overall is good.

Located at the quiet street of higher side of London. Both front desk staff, parth and Alice are excellent. Only the bathroom amenities are limited for the price we paid. Our executive room size is fair. Hotel is a little old but clean and no smell. Quite a good experience staying here.

Excellent location, well appointed rooms, great service from friendly staff, good value on site restaurant and bar on site. Well worth a visit and very close to underground station on the central line.

Room was small but was not expecting much anyway for thr price and location. Service was good, very friendly.

Ideally located with two tube station within a 5 minute walk and Hyde park over the road. The rooms were adequate but basic. I felt mine was a bit small with no starage space. Walls were plain and TV small. The breakfast was excellent and staff very good.

Stayed at the Corus Hyde park and it was ideally situated. Directly opposite the Italian fountains in Hyde park so well placed to go walk around the serpentine. 2 mins from Lancaster Gate tube station so was ideal to get everywhere around London. Hotel is a bit tired but was very clean and staff were excellent. Breakfast in the morning had a good selection of full English or a continental selection. I would stay again as the location was great.

Hotel was clean, small rooms and air conditioning was not working properly in our room
