The staff is so nice. Yet, there are rooms of improvements in the accommodation services provided here. There were dust at the corners of the bed, while door couldn’t be locked properly. Also, it takes more than a minute to get hot water in the showering stand. Besides, the light next to the bed didn’t function well. I even smelt something bad when I just entered the room, and the smell was from the bathroom. The staff has to work on that!

The hotel is simple, but nice enough for a few nights stay. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from both Paddington and Lancaster stations, making it an ideal choice for travelers to London. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms you'd expect. What really stood out during my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the Hotel to others.

Great location. Just next to the Hyde Park. Less than 5 minute wakling to Lancaster Gate tube station. Definitely will come again!!

Lovely place to stay. Friendly helpful staff lovely spacious room. Perfect for Kensington Park, short walk to Paddington station , plenty of shops,restaurants and pubs. Would definitely like to stay here again

The location is fantastic, and so it’s the breakfast; the location need a bit of TLC but sis still a good place to spend a weekend! :)

Location is great, convenient for public transportation and very close to Hyde Park. Room is a bit small but one doesn’t feel too uncomfortable. The hiccup was we needed to wait for more than 10 minutes when we picked up the luggage from the concierge.

Very old hotel, like in a very old house with lots of DIY work to fix the room. Very small. It's good to sleep and wash up only. 2 stars hotel, not worth paying for more than HK$1200 per night for twin beds room.

The foyer n main areas were great but our room was horrendous.We were put on the ground floor it was like servant quarters .It was freezing cold the bed was broken not attached to anything so when sitting on it it moved around the room .It was tacky and needed updating nothing like the foyer n cafe areas .Shower was cold and missing plugs and not nice .Would not stay here again awful

A very basic hotel. The only things to compliment are the location and the service of its staff. 10 mins walk from paddington station. The rooms are a bit old. The leather on the headboard of the bed was falling off. The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear the car noises from the streets very clearly.

Don’t stay here if you have a dust allergy or don’t smoke.  I stayed here in 2019 and it was WAY better back then. I made the mistake of booking again… I changed 4 rooms on 3 floors, all smelled of smoke! At last I was moved to a room on the 8th floor that didn’t smell of mould or smoke. Tiny room with the bed touching the wall, and no soundproofing (loud construction site next to the hotel so you’ll wake up early) The dust in this place is atrocious - the carpets haven’t been vacuumed in a long long time. I honestly couldn’t breathe at night and also couldn’t open the window in my room. The staff was helpful and lovely but the rooms are terrible. I was also promised an upgrade on my second day but the staff member did not make any efforts to follow up on this. I wouldn't stay here again if someone paid me.  Good lobby and location though - Oxford street, Paddington and Marble Arch are right at your doorstep.

The location is good and accessible, close to station Paddington and Lancaster. You can also take bus 148 to the city. The cleanliness has to improve because the plate provided not clean. The overall is good.

Located at the quiet street of higher side of London. Both front desk staff, parth and Alice are excellent. Only the bathroom amenities are limited for the price we paid. Our executive room size is fair. Hotel is a little old but clean and no smell. Quite a good experience staying here.
