Ulasan Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Jing'an

The hotel is about 9 mins away from the train station. It’s clean, bed is comfy. Breakfast is okay, good enough selection. Very generous with the free water.

Our room was simple and clean. The housekeeping staff are very nice. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety. Love the fragrance of the flowers in the lobby area. It was a pleasant stay.

The place is very convenient and pretty.. I loved the aesthetics there and the staff was very helpful.. missed the breakfast 😂😂I really wanted that but really enjoyed my stay.. definitely recommend

Location is about 15 minutes away from The Bund, but if you are willing yo travel a bit by taxi or metro or bus, this is a good place to stay, as it is under Marriott, all the basic facilities are above standard. Self collection for tao bao and takeaway are available at the hotel too, breakfast selection is good, nothing much to complain

The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast included and the price of per night stay. Not to mention it is also walking distance to the mrt.

服务：The front desk staffs are very helpful. My relatives left and forget small luggage in front of the hotel when they took Didi going to the airport. I called the front desk and mention them if someone return a luggage, then told us that they have it.

Modern design, with a moderately convenient location, about 5 stops from nanjing road. The noodle restaurant beside the hotel was one of the best food we had during the trip.

10 minutes walk to subway station. The walls are thin. You can hear the next room’s conversation. The hotel doesn’t have DIY laundry facility. The positioning and design of the bathroom and toilet is unusual. There is no toilet cubicle, sitting in a open area. A screen door partially screen it from the bedroom. So one has to open the main door and keep the sliding door closed in order to clear the smell. Looks like this is the strangest design for all the fairfield hotels in China. Breakfast was very good in terms of quality and taste. Service was professional and polite; especially restaurant staff always serve with a smile . Dirty plates were constantly cleared. Food variety was good and some of the items were changed daily. The in-room safe provides a sense of security. We were surprised to see our room cleaned up after breakfast one morning. Very efficient!

Big clean rooms, great stuff, comfortable bed

Room smells like cigarettes. Changed to another room still the same issue. Floor is sticky and toilet has a weird smell. Shocking for a Marriott franchise. Very disappointed.

Breakfast is rich & plentiful, but no different variation, same dishes everyday. Bed is comfortable. Room is small if you have big luggage. Location is okay, but not special.

walking distance to metro station and many local food around. got convenience store next to the hotel too. 

The hotel is really nice! It's location is convenient to get to anywhere around the city centre. The rooms are cozy and clean. The personnel can speak English and they are very friendly. The breakfast has both Western and Chinese options to choose from. In brief, a good, reasonably priced and lovely hotel to stay at.

Very clean and nice breakfast. Close to the train station and kind staffs. We really enjoyed our stay there.
