Bad review. I didn’t ask for the items in the room. I asked the front desk and they said they didn’t have them. Finally, I found them.

The air conditioner in the room is noisy, even if the air conditioner is not turned on. The waiter told me that it is the same throughout the hotel. Go to Meizhou Fengshun Puzhai to watch the Fire Dragon Burning. This year's Dragon Burning Festival is held grandly. A total of 10 dragons are burned. Therefore, the price of hotels in Fengshun area is very expensive. The location of the Vienna Hotel is more than 10 minutes' drive from the Fire Dragon Square. The location is quite good. It's suitable. The hotel's breakfast is relatively simple. Many tour groups stay here, so you have to avoid the crowds during the breakfast period from 7 to 8 o'clock. It's more comfortable to eat later. The hotel front desk staff is quite polite. They will take the initiative to say hello when entering and exiting the hotel. I must give it a thumbs up 👍

This was the worst experience I had in Vienna among all the cities I stayed in. The room was very stuffy. They called me to tell me that they had central air conditioning and could not turn it on. They told me that some customers were afraid of the cold, so I asked, aren't we customers? I have never stayed in a hotel without air conditioning. They said they would send me a fan. The service is really getting worse and worse.
