Excellent service from staffs , gave us a earlier check in upon hearing tht 1 of my fam members can’t walk too much in the cold weather with weak legs .. After my husband was down with stomach flu , searched for medicine to give him … A big thank you to the staffs there …

I enjoyed my stay at Enokiya, the room is aesthetically pleasing and the staff is very helpful with good command of English. The location is near walking, shopping street and Lake Kinrin but slightly further from the train station. I had dinner at the hotel bar which served Izakaya food, the food is delicious and service is attentive. I am glad that I choose to eat in rather than venture out.

Great facility with three private hot springs. The room is super cozy. Location is a 15 mins walk distance from the JR station, if you go with a big luggage, it would be a bit inconvenient but still acceptable. The ryokan is 8-10mins to the Kinrin Lake.

Good service

The hotel is about a 12-15 minute walk from Yufuin Station. It is easy to find and convenient for shopping at any attractions near the hotel! Breakfast and dinner are delicious. The hot spring baths are generally well equipped. It is best to bring your own lotion/cream to the baths. Check out time 10am is quite early

Yufuin is definitely here. I heard a lot that ryokans are expensive, smell a lot, and the facilities are old, so I was really worried, but it was remodeled, so it was so clean and spacious, it was great. The only downside is that there is no shower room (especially for women. And if you have your period..) The hot spring is a family room, and on the day we went, there weren't many guests, so I think we went two or three times. The breakfast was very neat and clean, home-cooked, and I was very satisfied with the cost-effectiveness, and the location was perfect because it was near the main street of Yufuin. The hotelier was kind and spoke English very well, so it was comfortable. However, the living room was on the half-floor, so I think it would be a little difficult with my elderly parents. ㅠㅠ There weren't many Koreans either... I'm worried that it will become too popular in the future... A place that I want to keep to myself🫶🏻

The service experience is excellent. The room receptionist speaks fluent English. The room is spacious and clean. There is a private bathing room, which is a special bathing experience not available elsewhere. There are even indoor and outdoor pools in the bathing room.

The dinners on both nights were amazing and delicious! My child has food allergies, thanks to the chef for re-preparing it with care! The staff's attitude is also very kind. The room feels very homely, and you can see the mountain and river views when you open the curtains in the morning! I will definitely come again if I have the chance!

The rooms at this ryokan are very spacious and clean. There is no separate shower booth in the room, but there is a sink, and among the three baths on the first floor, the single room (one) has a high turnover rate, so it was not very inconvenient. There was an English-speaking staff, and they were very kind, which was nice. You can check the availability of the open-air hot spring bath on the first floor through a tablet PC in your room and go down to use it. The breakfast buffet, which mainly serves Japanese home-cooked meals, is also excellent. After eating, I recommend taking a walk along the stream in front of the ryokan. If you go to Yufuin, I would definitely recommend this accommodation. The ryokan pub is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and dinner may be closed if you arrive late, so please check in advance.

The most satisfactory hotel I booked during my trip to Kyushu. Very good. Environment: Half a minute walk from Fuin Yuzhiping Street, built along the stream, extremely beautiful. Service: The two waiters I met spoke very good English and explained very clearly when I checked in. Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, with 3 independent public hot springs on the first floor, of different sizes, iPads can be used to see if they are available, there are not many rooms in the hotel, and I soaked in pool 3, which has both indoor and outdoor areas. The family soaked and washed for an hour, and there was no shower in the room. Hygiene: Very good.

It was remodeled, so it was clean and comfortable because it was a bed room:) There is no shower room in the room, but there is a shower facility in the open-air bath on the first floor. You can check if it is empty with the tablet in the room and go down to use it. I recommend waking up a little early in the morning because it is crowded. That's because we went in with 20 minutes left and couldn't enjoy the morning hot springㅎ Anyway, the staff was very kind and we enjoyed the healthy kaiseki! The soju in the bamboo-shaped porcelain was delicious, but I can't remember what it was. I'm glad I was able to start my enjoyable trip to Japan at Enokiya Ryokan! Next time, I'll try it at the end of my trip:)

Enokiya Ryokan was renovated in 2023. It has been transformed from a traditional inn into a stylish one. The efforts of the hotel and its designers can be seen everywhere. Staff: The energetic staff has a smile and is eager to arrange dinner and book a taxi for me. The dedication of the staff has become the important soul of the entire hotel. Facilities: The rooms are carefully designed, making it comfortable and comfortable to stay in the room and take a break in the afternoon. There is no shower room in the room. To bathe, you have to go to 3 hot spring baths underground. These 3 hot spring baths are convenient, that is, you do not need to share them with others, and the family can enjoy the bath time alone without paying extra. Dinner: The real chef makes the menu. There is no menu in advance. The chef arranges it for me immediately according to my preferences. The ingredients of each dish are surprising and creative. Location: Just next to the middle section of Yunotsubo Street. If you want to carry your luggage, you have to walk 15 minutes from the station. It is recommended to take a taxi if you have luggage. It only costs about $600. Pet Friendly: See other travelers bringing pets. A very good experience, hope to stay again next time.
