was a very nice hotel, rooms were the size of a closet, but I realized that's just probably New York. The whole hotel smelt fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Margs package was dumb and a waste, so don't do that. The elevator screens were off when you touched them. but all in all i would stay here again.

I liked the room - modern style, big enough for a single traveler in New York, great urban view from the window. The hotel itself is specially designed, and there is good music in the elevator. I received courteous service and the atmosphere in general was young as I like.

The hotel location is good ,walking distance to Time Square,Broadway and Central Park and all the Museums. Next to Macy somemore.

I stayed at Moxi for business travel and thoroughly enjoy the Time Squares. Moxi location is ideal for business and pleasure as well. I will use it for family travel in the future.

Excellent location in midtown. We discovered NYC walking.The design is great . The room was clean and convenient and staff super helpful. We appreciated a lot the complimentary coffee every morning .

I would rate the hotel adequately nice. However, a state of readiness of the room and the room's amenities (desk and a/c or heater) are in a poor state compared to the hotel's rate of $450 a night. When I got there, a wall-mounted/foldable desk was not in state for immediate use. I had to call a maintenance to do a quick computer work. If a check-in time is 16:00, I expect furnitures to be working. Overall, the room design is cute (somewhere between boutique and small studio room without a fridge). And, it is clean. However, beddings were lesser qualities that I expected to come from a $450 a night hotel. It is comparable to the ones from Holiday inn's or average hostels. They were thin also. Definitely bring pajamas if you are sensitive to cold. A heater here makes a noticeable vibration with bothering noise. I was too tired from waking up from it. But, it is quite a bother when you are just relaxing. Other than that I really like the overall design of the room and facilities that come with the room. However, quality of amenities are not really upto the standard of the rate of the hotel. Purely it is a business trip that prioritizes convenience in terms of location. I would not mind booking this place if I were to travel alone. However, for a couple, I would not since it is quite small. Overall, single traveler would like it but for a couple may be suffocating (double room).

when we check in to the hotel, we found there are hoker checking into the hotel as well, which to a international group hotel it is phenominal, lobby check in is small, it’s pretty loose the service, there is no unifrom so it‘s kind hard to know which one is the hotel staff, the room is not very clean, floor is not clean we found the hair in the small shower cubicle, due to the design scheme, the bathroom looks very antique, there also look stale, used, the signae looks to sexual feel to let people mis-stood it’s a sex-oriented hotel, and the new policy is they only clean the room every two days, which means we have to clean the room ourselves, and have to ask for the new towels or they won‘t give you, with the prive we are paying, we don’t think it deserve the credit.

The hotel receptionists were careless and not professional at all!! They gave me VERY tiny room to the degree that there was no space for my luggage. Also, they didn’t inform me that I have a mandatory non-refundable credit of 30$/day to spend in their lounge I’ll NEVER come back here again
