It’s a bit outdated for the bedroom floor and toilet. Good thing is there are water bottles in my 2 x double bed family room. Ground floor nothing special, wifi internet speed is slow but acceptable for normal usage. also there is a water fountain for refills at the same floor of where I stay. Noise- not exceptionally noise proof but seems ok for a good sleep (depends on your neighbour). 3 small bedsides for 2 double bed is ok. Amenities included toothbrushes and shower and hair shampoo gel. Location very convenient to the main road for food/transport. Overall experience is ok for a 3-stars hotel.

A historical hotel, the location is very good, many restaurants near by. However, the room is very old, no light in front of the door and very horrible if you turn off the light at night. They block the windows with black plastics tube. The wifi signal is very weak, if you want to watch youtube or play music, better use your own data or wifi egg, otherwise cannot load.

Our room was so dirty especially on the floor and our bed also you can see the huge dust on the ventilation holes.

it's convenient for short trip

Three people stayed in this super VIP family room, which was very spacious and nice! But there is a smell of smoke and mold, which is a drawback. The transportation is very convenient, close to the MRT station, bus, and nearby living and shopping district, which is also very good!

The hotel is promoting to upgrade to a five-star hotel. I don't know if it is a traditional five-star hotel. It should not be. The bed bottom in the room has not been cleaned for years. It is extremely dirty. It is good to be able to maintain a three-star hotel. Don't expect five stars. The hotel WiFi is non-existent. I can't access the Internet. The WiFi device rented at the front desk solved the problem. The location is very convenient. I recommend two nearby restaurants.

What a wonderful day; the hotel is full of space and human touch; it made us feel warm and safe. We can store our luggage for 48 hours and the location is convenient! This one is located in the north, only 15 minutes by MRT from the center, very convenient ~ The staff are very nice, but the hotel's network is not strong, so I can only use a personal hotspot.

The hotel is located near the Arena MRT station. It is very convenient to eat. The functions are very good. The room and bathroom are much cleaner than before. I have stayed here recently. The only drawback is the sound of the air conditioner, the refrigerator is very loud, there is no place to hang clothes, and there is no table. Put things away and hope the hotel will improve.

I went to Kaohsiung with my friends and booked this hotel. The overall stay was very comfortable, there was no smell and the soundproofing was not bad. I will visit again if I have the opportunity to travel to Kaohsiung.
