Great location clean room no breakfast convenience store across the street good parking

Hotel is quite good and clean. But there is not more than just a room. No gym, no breakfast, no pool… Fortunately there are a lot of street kitchens nearby. The non Japanese rooms have a bit cold atmosphere.

Highly not recommended bad service , super bad if stay somewhere else seriously

Absolutely perfect hotel! Location is not bad, easy to go everywhere and one point is that it is really clean and also the services is great! I love everything about this hotel!

Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Taipei thus far. Clean rooms, sheets and towels. Friendly receptionist. Plus points, lots of nice local eateries at the vicinity. Downside is the nearest metro is about 800m away but it’s still ok for me!

Rooms were super clean! It was great to have a washing machine and dryer (10元per wash, 10元 per detergent, 10元 per 10mins drying). The towels were a bit worn out but that’s an exception for the price! The place is pretty convenient but wish it was a little closer to the closest station. Overall, we were satisfied with the price and the room we got!

Really nice to have hot spring in downtown Taipei! Staffs are friendly and the TV inside the room is big enough, if the size of TV is important to you

Very nice room and good service from the cleaning auntie and the counter receptionist. My first room has a sewage smell and after the first night, told the receptionist and they immediately let me change to another room.

Very good location , near to train station and accessible to many good food choices. Hotel is clean and facilities are new. Very good stay.

The stay was average, one of the good thing is there are few restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel is not very close to the metro station too.

It had being my regular stay to taipei, surrounding many eating place. downside was walking around 20 min to metro

Some smells appear floor drains of toilets in early evenings. Other services are fair.
