Tidak banyak pengemudi yang mengetahui nama atau lokasi hotel dan persediaan air tidak konsisten selama kami menginap (malam pertama baik-baik saja tetapi malam kedua air menjadi sangat kecil setelah digunakan beberapa saat). Perlu dicatat juga bahwa pemesanan melalui trip.com mungkin jauh lebih murah dibandingkan dengan mendapatkan satu malam lagi dari hotel secara langsung. Biayanya 4500TWD untuk memperpanjang malam sementara itu $128 untuk malam pertama kami.

Ruangan yang bagus. Staf yang ramah. Bersih dan rapi. Kami pergi ke sana untuk pertandingan hoki inline putra, lokasi yang bagus untuk itu.

Hotel is quite good and clean. But there is not more than just a room. No gym, no breakfast, no pool… Fortunately there are a lot of street kitchens nearby. The non Japanese rooms have a bit cold atmosphere.

Absolutely perfect hotel! Location is not bad, easy to go everywhere and one point is that it is really clean and also the services is great! I love everything about this hotel!

Really nice to have hot spring in downtown Taipei! Staffs are friendly and the TV inside the room is big enough, if the size of TV is important to you

Very nice room and good service from the cleaning auntie and the counter receptionist. My first room has a sewage smell and after the first night, told the receptionist and they immediately let me change to another room.

The stay was average, one of the good thing is there are few restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel is not very close to the metro station too.

It had being my regular stay to taipei, surrounding many eating place. downside was walking around 20 min to metro

Some smells appear floor drains of toilets in early evenings. Other services are fair.

Location is ok but need to walk to subway to go to other attractions. Cleanliness is just so so. Didnt wash used coffee cups for several days.

Room was spacious and quite clean, however hotel is not very near to Chung Shan Station where most restaurants and shops and mrt station are at. I got to walk for at least 30mins to reach there. There should be bus to get there though
