We came here from a budget hotel so our thoughts on entering the room first were wow and amazing. I've stayed in 5 star hotels few times and also 1 star hotels so have an expectation of rooms and service. The room is spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Got a good rest. There is a comfortable couch, big TV, separate toilet, shower and bath tub, mini kitchen area and AC. Room: Spacious, modern, comfortable, dining table but only one chair... Mini Kitchen: There was a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and sink but no cutlery which seemed strange as you would expect these things to be there. You had to request cutlery etc.. at reception and collect from the buffet area yourself. Shower: The shower was awesome. Spacious with overhead and handle shower. Lots of toiletries. Could have benefitted with more hangers. Has an appealing deco. Reception: Took some time to check in with people before us in a queue. Maybe checkin can be streamlined more especially if all prebooked and prepaid. We were able to add late check out till 5pm for about £20. We came back to the hotel before 5, I asked for some tea bags, but was given a key card, which was weird but just misunderstanding but it meant wasting few minutes we needed for packing. Then our key card wouldn't work on the door which took another few minutes to fix. We were able to get some hot water for the tea afterwards which was kind of them. There is a gym but didn't get chance to use it. Some staff has good English so communication isn't an issue and they will help you with what you need.

Nice and friendly staff, was fairly professional. Wouldn’t say it’s 4* at all, would say closer to 2-3* but the suite was very nice. Had a mini kitchen type thing with a microwave and a sink, separate toilet from shower and bath. There was a separate shower and a separate bath. It was fairly spacious and actually quite a nice room.

The reception and housekeeping staff are all nice and polite although there may be some language barrier. The room that we booked for 3 adults has a modern and updated decor with all the amenities. The location is great as it is close to the malls, city centre and the train station.

The location is great. But no cool air/c in the winter and feel too hot inside.

The staff there were so nice and friendly! I booked a room on an upper floor and everything was nice, except for the bathroom. I have no idea why they placed the toilet stool separately from the bathroom, and the room for the stool was so tiny. There was also dust flying from the ventilator when I closed the door. But what I liked the most was the shampoo and body lotion provided in the room. They were all from the Holand brand Rituals, so nice and refreshing after taking a shower or a bath.

Good location close to the train station and the city center. Rooms are ok for families. Staff very helpful. Big bathroom with separate room for toilet. Nice city, a lot of restaurants and cafes 2 min away from the hotel.

A nice choice for travelling, real big room, well-equipped, high cost-effectiveness, good parking system👍🏻 will choose it again

Great location to access city center area and easy to park a car.

The room is quite big with sofa and big bed. The hotel is in very central place and I will come back again!

arrived early afternoon, room was ready, staff on reception were very welcoming and spoke good english. Hotel room was very spacious and modern, came complete with mini kitchenette with microwave, Kettle ,fridge ,etc also safe and air conditioning. Good sized bathroom, seperate toilet and great shower. good temperature control and powerful also had a bath as well. good location just about 10 minute walk from old town although other bars and restaurants slightly closer. Not the cheapest place in town but on the whole good value. Definitely worth a visit for a few nights stopover.

Overall, this hotel is pretty good. There is a parking lot next door, and there is a dedicated passage leading directly to the hotel lobby. The driving navigation is easy to find, which is suitable for self-driving travel. The only problem is that the shower room does not drain well, too slowly! My daughter said that the sofa bed was uncomfortable and did not sleep as well as other hotels.
