The location of the hotel is super nice to reach out all embassies or Tiananmen square.

Service crew 张佳强，received us and guide us through the whole registration process. He was helpful, honest and sincere. My son drop his necklace in the room, which we did not realized until a day when 张佳强 called. Credit to him and housekeeping crew! Thank you!!

Kind of out of the way in a more residential area. About a mile from china world mall. So a 20 minute walk. Tho taxi are cheap so probably not the biggest issue for most. They gave a yogurt, banana and apple as a welcome. On the way out they gave me a bag of candy that was nice. Room was nice. Nice bathroom and shower. Bed was good too. Decent set up was like a nicer 3 star hotel…. Not sure how these things are rated the ones I stayed in Chengde are castles compared to the 4 star places in Beijing They did have free laundry which was cool too. No breakfast and internet was hard to get. Had to ask the guy in the front to set up the free WiFi. Everything in china is Ali pay or WeChat which isn’t always the friendlies if you don’t speak Chinese or are a foreigner.

Friendliness and supportiveness of the personnel, their outstanding service compensates the age of the facility and not the most central location. I liked the people there.

Good value for the money. The location is good, and there is lots to eat and drink nearby. Plus near the ring road.

Location is great - in a small residential community right in the heart of the business district. Looks quite premium for a relatively cheap hotel, with good amenities. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the room - which had not been cleaned very throughly, a number of dirty/stained towels, unclean surfaces, dirty-looking carpets, and lingering smell of vegetables/food despite keeping the window open the entire time. The air-con was extremely noisy and did not work, so this would have been a nightmare if it’d been hotter at the time I stayed at this hotel. These aspects somewhat spoiled what is otherwise a fairly decent hotel.

Comfortable hotel within 5-10 minutes easy walk to shopping, restaurants, cafes and a metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the hotel breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
