This is the worst accommodation experience I have had since traveling abroad in Europe, and it didn't make me so angry. I hope I won't be fooled by this black shop! 1. Although a family room for three people at the administrative volcano crater was clearly booked online, they were asked to pay for an additional child's fee when they arrived at check in. They charged an extra 1500 yuan for two nights, and when asked why, they showed extreme impatience and a bad attitude!!! 2. The hotel location is also not good. It is halfway up the mountain, and taxis can only go to the main road. I made N phone calls in advance, but didn't answer any of them. Generally, this type of homestay hotel can request to come over and pick up some luggage together! Later on, I could only carry several suitcases while looking at the map for a long time, and only then did I find this shabby homestay on a very narrow path! 3. The room is old and dilapidated, and the equipment is also quite old, which can be tolerated. However, all the water released from the bathroom is yellow rust water, and the water has always been cold water, so there is no hot water available. The demand for a clean bath cannot be satisfied!!! Breakfast is also hasty, the bread is hard and unpleasant, and the service attitude is poor! 5. When checking out, there was no smiling face welcoming people. Unfortunately, after requesting to check out, we were not even allowed to sit at the door of the room and were asked to leave directly. We were not allowed to enter the open space at the door for half a step. This service attitude is really amazing, so such a black shop must be exposed. We have never been so angry before!

we stayed in superior room caldera view, the view was very nice indeed and room lovely, it has the santorini cave vibe. room clean, bathroom clean, hot water at any time. breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅 swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool. the pool is big and it has a nice view. location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano

Breakfast ok, but same thing every day. On the cliff so you have a excellent view. Near the center, food, shopping ans bus station. Customer service 0, Hotel room dirty and the bathroom unclean. Don't recommend. There are other hotels around the same area.

The location is OK, the hygiene is average, the facilities are average, the breakfast is very poor, and there were multiple power outages during the two nights.

A very strange hotel, you have to climb ten floors of stairs for breakfast every day, haha

The room smells too strong and musty, but the scenery is very beautiful, especially at night, and it is difficult to go up and down the stairs

I settled in Oia for four nights. Later, I considered that if I came to Santorini, I still had to pay a visit to the Cliff Hotel. I didn’t stay on the last night in Oia and didn’t ask the hotel to refund the fee. After all, it was I can't live by myself. Then I booked this hotel again in order to stay in the cliff hotel once I saw the feelings. The executive double room clearly has a balcony and a sea view. As a result, this dilapidated triple bed room was arranged for us. You can see the picture of the executive room. What kind of thing, and then compare the room we stayed in, it is completely deceitful behavior to mislead consumption, but we communicated with the front desk for the reason that the room was full and the reserved room was not available, and the attitude was very bad. Maybe we are two young girls who are easy to bully, so don't be afraid. What's even more speechless is that the power was cut off three times at night, and the water was cut off halfway through the bath. I really don't know where those praises came from. The most anticipated trip to Santorini was completely ruined by this hotel, and I don't want to come again!

The room was pretty nice, room for 5 to sleep. The beds weren't all that comfortable, though, and the sheets came off while we were sleeping. There is no shower curtain in the shower, I assume as a design, but this was not practical since the the holder for the shower head was of poor quality, so water sprayed all over the bathroom. No way to control it. Breakfast was good.

It has the best view, best location; close to transportation, and you can walk to Oía:.but they need to renovate the rooms.

I consider this property a trade off of sorts. The location and staff were great. The views were stunning from each of the rooms. However, other travelers may want to be warned of the "stair" situation. My room was located at the very bottom of the property--- 165 steps from the bottom to the street level. In addition, the rooms themselves were "youth hostile-like" at best with probably the WORST mattress I've ever slept on. The amenities were sporadic at best. One day I didn't get towels....the next I got towels but no toiletries. The staff was accommodating an brought me both when asked, but the facilities themselves were just tired, towels were frayed, and as I mentioned, the bed was awful. Staff was friendly and nice and I give the porters huge kudos given they carried our luggage up and down the stairs.....which was a miserable hike up and down the stairs.
