Nicely designed hotel with many high tech features such as tv behind the mirror, one touch switch for blinds and curtain controls. Also love the complimentary mini bar items. Breakfast selection is limited but yogurt is very nice. Only down side is the hotel surrounding has quite a lot of hobos and have to walk 10-15 mins to reach to attraction places.

Less than 2 minutes away from the subway and close to restaurants and supermarkets

Location is not good. That Street is not safe, if you google it you will know the reason, many homeless people. I spent £300 for 2 nights which I thought could have better environment but nothing. Price is 5 star but the room the service just like express inn. Especially the breakfast… better not try. Rubbish and disappoint.

There is no balcony room. You can get balcony room pictures when you book the room in online. If you haven’t comment you want to stay balcony room. You can stay the room WITHOUT BALCONY. Don’t forget the comment. You want to stay ‘BALCONY ROOM’. And also second room is disappearing. Carpet is really dirty. 이번 리스본 여행에 이 숙소를 두 번 예약했습니다. (첫번째는 트립닷컴에서 두번째는 호텔 사이드에서) 첫번째는 트립닷컴에서 보았던 방과 달라서 이게 뭔가 싶었는데 제가 선택을 잘못했다고 생각하고 그냥 묵었습니다. 방이 다른 것 말고는 괜찮았기에 두번째 예약을 했습니다. 두번째 예약을 할 때에는 분명히 발코니가 있는 사진을 확인하고 예약을 했는데, 이번에도 발코니가 아닌 그냥 창문이 있는 방을 배정이 되었습니다. 컴플레인을 했더니 직원이 하는 말이 “너가 코멘트하지 않았다.” 였습니다. 그리고, 첫 번째 방은 더럽다는 생각은 안했는데, 두번째 예약한 방은 곰팡이인지 뭘 흘렸는데 청소를 안했는지 알 수 없지만 카페트가 너무 더럽습니다.

The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable! There were several places in the room where you could directly plug in a USB port, so I was able to charge my smartphone and mobile charger without needing a conversion plug, which was very convenient. It is also easily accessible, with a 2-minute walk to the nearby station and supermarket, and a 25-minute walk to the Alfama district and Rossio Square. It took about 15 minutes by taxi to the airport. I stayed for 6 nights and had a very comfortable stay. thank you!

The location of this hotel is relatively convenient and the internal facilities are newer. However, I can still feel the smell of new decoration when I checked in in February 2024. Everything else is pretty good.

The room is very nice, newly renovated and equipped with a mini bar! There is also a small balcony. When you open the door, you can see the alley that the tram passes downstairs. You can overlook it, which is very good.
