Great location, next to the subway. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Room was clean with enough amenities. We got free magnets, candy and handwarmers!

We had an awesome stay at Hanting Hotel! As foreigners, traveling can sometimes be challenging but the staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful! The lady at the front helped us to book a taxi for our train which was early the next morning. The room is spacious, well equipped and had a beautiful view of the city! Everything was very clean and the room is modern. It is very close to the subway as well as the railway station. I can highly recommend this hotel!

We are all foreigners staying there for 3 nights. Front desk is so helpful. They are so polite and nice, but they cannot speak English. The hotel condition overall is very good. It’s clean and hygiene. The location is also good. You can walk only 50m to the metro line 2 (green), bowuguan station 博物馆. There is also delivery service from the robot if you order food from outside. There is laundry service on 3rd floor: 2 washing machine and 2 dryer.

Perfectly located Hotel directly at the most important metro line for tourists. Our room was rather small but nice and very clean. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful and the mainly Chinese breakfast was very good.

Perfect choice for travelling to Harbin. The location is convenient, and the staff is amiable. 20 minutes away by subway to the Ice & Snow World, and very close to the Cathedral.

Modern, clean, huge room with very comfortable beds and pillows of 2 different hardness. Heated toilet seats, working heater and windows that could be opened for fresh air. Location is great; 2 minutes from line 1 and 2 subway 博物馆; most if the places of interest are on this line; plentiful of nice restaurants with different price range; convenience store 24hours and kentucky fried chicken etc. Staff are ALL too friendly and helpful, service as good as and even better than some 5 stars hotel. They have all left an unforgettable impression on us during our 4 nights stay with them. We will stay here again.

The room is quiet and clean, with complete supporting facilities, pleasant scenery outside the window, and rich breakfast. I stayed here eight years ago and I thought the transportation was so convenient. There is a subway station downstairs, and convenient travel is the first choice. The two girls at the front desk (Youyou and Meiling) are skilled in their business, solve problems quickly, and provide very enthusiastic service. I would like to give them special praise here, and I hope they will continue to work hard and maintain this enthusiasm and vitality. Hope to see you next time! 😃

I am really very satisfied with this hotel! First of all, it is newly renovated and all the facilities are good. Secondly, the location is great. There is a subway station 50 meters downstairs, which is convenient for going everywhere. It is 3 stops to Central Street and 5 stops to Sun Island. The best thing is that this hotel is located at the Museum Station, which is the intersection of Line 1 and Line 2. It is very convenient to come back. It is only one subway stop away from Harbin Station. I have not taken a taxi in the three days I have been here. Then the service is also very good. I need to check out later because of work, and they delayed it for two hours for free. When I left, they also let us take a few more bottles of water to drink on the way. Very considerate! ! Finally, the room type, I booked a twin room, and you can see that the two beds are one large and one small, which is completely enough for two adults with a child! Very cost-effective! I will book this hotel again next time!
