I liked this hotel very much. Everything was great and people were nice. I enjoyed staying here.

Allocated twin room facing another building on second floor so had to keep curtains drawn throughout the stay. Generally clean but water kept flowing from bathtub to the bathroom floor. likely due to shower area tilted outwards so floor is always wet. Staff were polite and friendly. Decent stay

Nice location, old hotel, all kind staff = excellent cost performance. I want to be there again in terms of Hanoi biz trip.

The interiors are a bit old-fashioned, but overall, the service is impeccable, the room is clean, housekeeping is normal, all requests were responded to promptly and efficiently. The area is quite traditional, however, if you go to the right - after a block - there is a quite decent two-story supermarket with a large selection of products. By calling Grab, you can go anywhere in Hanoi.

I recently spent 2 very comfortable nights at this hotel. I stayed at the hotel as it is convenient to the Hanoi exhibition hall, less than 10 minutes away. I was very happy with my stay. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The hotel manager assisted me with early check-in and was very concerned with the stays of the guests at the hotel. I think this hotel is a great value and in a convenient location. I'll be happy to stay here again on future trips to Hanoi.

一人旅の旅行で利用しました。 日本語のスタッフがいると聞いていたが、不在だったようで残念。 部屋は快適でした。 朝食のビュッフェが素晴らしかったです？

在老街區，熱鬧，但是房間很小，虛假宣傳，定的30平，實際上只有20，兩個人行李箱放不下，前台一開始硬説房間有30，後來沒辦法，找了攜程客服，溝通幫忙，升級了房型，但是也就28平左右，而且隔音效果不好，每天被吵醒。
