Very bad client servicing. It was 34 degrees when I traveled to GZ with my family including 90+ elderly. The air-conditioning is not working and the staff kept me waiting for 4 hours in the room and could not get a solution. It was super hot in the room and they only gave me a fan for the whole day and night. They didn't even apologize for this kind of situation and were very disappointed with this kind of attitude. They never do regular maintenance checks and let the customer stay in a room without AC during a hot summer. Never stay here ever again.

we rent that hotel for our wedding. the room that they gave us is little old. you can see it on the flooring and cabinets. there is a weird smell coming from the bath room. and bathroom door is not secured. it is sliding and you cannot lock it. there is no privacy when using it. i booked for lake view room. but they gave us a non lake view room. they dont want to transfer us. we are asking for one blanket but they want to charge us 30rmb per day. We told the hotel staff not to open and enter our room when we are nor there. but the cleaners keep on entering our room without our permission. Our luggage are open and we are not comfortable having people entering our room without our permission.

Not too bad but cleanliness of the toilet can be better. Can see insects crawling out of the drain sometimes.

Very nice and great view. The river right downstairs and easy access to everywhere. Chill night

這家酒店的服務非常周到，員工態度友好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，設施齊全。地理位置也非常便利，想珠江夜遊也非常方便，走路幾分鐘就可以到達天字碼頭，從天子碼頭右轉走幾分鐘又是北京路，購物，吃美食兩不誤，這一趟來的值了，強烈推薦這家酒店

這家酒店真是太棒了，從入住到退房，酒店的服務一直讓人滿意。前台接待員非常熱情，入住手續辦理迅速。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適。設施也很完善，最主要江景很漂亮，晚上去珠江夜遊也很近，不去在房間看也漂亮

房間舒適，江景很漂亮，工作人員服務態度也超級好，又幫我介紹吃的和玩的地方，樓下二樓就是商場，各種廣州的美食，住着房間，吃着美食太開心了，前台小姐姐還熱心的送了兩杯咖啡，一定會介紹朋友來的

酒店靠近江邊，靠近市中心，交通方便。前台服務非常好，非常熱情。房間衞生非常乾淨，感覺非常舒服。網速很快。離北京路，天子碼頭非常近。周邊吃的非常多，很滿意的一次住宿，下次一定還來。

酒店環境優美，服務員的態度非常的好，衞生非常乾淨，最主要這裡有江景房，可以看到江邊的輪船，看到夜晚美麗的景色，值得朋友們來這入住，房間的佈置非常精緻，每一個角落都透露出酒店對於品質的追求，讓人感到無比的舒適。酒店的位置非常優越，交通便利，周邊環境優美，是一個理想的度假之地。

來住好幾次了，一如既往的乾淨，舒適，地理位置也很好，去哪裡都很方便的，如果下次再去，我還會繼續選擇住在這裏，房間在廣州可以説是很寬敞了，很大氣上檔次，床也舒服，設施設備也都齊全方便，旁邊也有一些步行可達的老字號，棒板啦！

房間舒適，住起來感覺有家的味道，讓人心情都愉悦了很多。本來是住一天的小朋友住着不肯走，又續住了一天，到周邊都有去打卡了一遍，房間就在珠江邊，去哪裡都方便。

在網上找了很久，訂了這家，簡直是太開心了，房間的東西配備很齊全，洗衣機，晾衣架，洗衣液，水都有，最主要樓下就是珠江 ，又去了北京路，動物園打卡，超值的一次旅行，收藏了，下次再來

服務態度很好，環境也還不錯，旁邊就是珠江，在窗户邊上能看到江景，視野較好，圖片就是我站在窗邊拍的，走到大沙頭碼頭就十分鐘不到，遊船看小蠻腰非常方便，距離步行街也就兩公里左右，逛街也挺方便
