Fasilitas hotel agak tua, tetapi kamarnya relatif besar, yang lebih saya sukai, dan sikap staf layanan juga baik, ada masalah dengan TV di tempat sup pribadi, dan pelayan berkata bantu ganti kamar. Terlalu merepotkan jika dipikir-pikir. Ini masalah besar, tetapi staf layanan akan memberi anak itu hadiah permintaan maaf (mainan mewah dan sikat gigi)

Lokasi hotel sangat dekat dengan kereta bawah tanah, Anda dapat mencapai gerbang taman dengan berjalan kaki singkat, dan ada mobil aki untuk menjemput Anda di lobi. Rumah kayu memiliki layanan kepala pelayan, dan jawabannya sangat tepat waktu.Jika tidak ada cukup orang di dalam mobil aki, untuk menghindari waktu tunggu yang lama bagi pelanggan, manajemen hotel akan secara pribadi mengemudikan layanan tersebut. Manajemen memimpin staf akar rumput dengan memberi contoh, dan memenangkan pujian dari pelanggan dengan layanan antusias mereka. Minuman dan kopi dari minibar disediakan gratis. Air di pemandian air panas bersuhu tinggi dan rendah, membuat Anda merasa selembut sutra setelah berendam. Buah selamat datang dan layanan merapikan tempat tidur disediakan. Lalat di salep adalah AC-nya keras dan tidak cocok dengan lingkungan halaman.

the new wing was under renovation so a bit noisy, even at night. But after complaining to the service staff went quiet down pretty fast. Buggy was easy to call and the hot spring has so many options, nice!

Buffet and breakfast indicate 9:30 and 10.30, 1 hr before many food don’t have and they don’t restock, keep rushing guests to finished up also, doesn’t feel like a 5 stars hotel with this service.

Pretty and clean, big spaces, friendly staff, package comes with hot spring experience! Can improve on the following: heated toilet bowls would be nice for winter, and perhaps provide guest laundry especially for longer stay guests.

We arrived at midnight and although I Had a booking confirmation reference, they insisted they didn’t have our booking, I had a number to contact if problems arouse for hotel to ring? They said they couldn’t because the number wasn’t in china . We had prepaid for 3 nights and they insisted we paid again, then they couldn’t use our credit card , which we had used in the previous 2 hotels,after an hour and a half we finally managed to get our tour guide to talk to them and arrange some accommodation. The following day they found our booking . We wanted some milk in our room on arrival and they said they didn’t have any until the morning.

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it! Service at a very good level, very attentive and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, cosy, beautiful panoramic view. Not far from the hotel you can visit the museum Terracotta Army. Thanks for comfortable accommodation and attentive professional service!

The hotel staff is very nice. The rooms are beautiful. However, the soundproof of the room is extremely bad. I could hear people next door talking as if they were in my room.

The experience of personal hot spring is very satisfactory. The hot spring is located just outside the room and can use it any time in the hotel. Location is very convenient, about 10 mins away from express way exit. There are lots of local foods around the hotel that can enjoy. Service is not bad. It could be better if the mini bar could have more drinks, especially alcohol.

Very nice hotel. Many hot spring pools. lovely atmosphere. Perfect for families kids love it.

1.房間很大，私人温泉池子倆大人和一個小寶寶同時泡完全夠用。 2.衞浴設施略舊不過不影響使用。空調製冷效果很好 3.電視是那種機頂盒的，這個建議可以更換下，沒法看《小豬佩奇》嘛 4.自駕的話進地庫就是到大廳和客房的電梯 5.服務人員熱情友好。送了一樓餐廳那兒的一張旋轉木馬的票，寶寶想坐小火車大堂經理（應該是大堂經理吧，那邊貌似負責的工作人員在忙）還抽空拉着我們轉了一圈，寶寶很開心

부페식당 음식 다양하고 맛있다. 중식당 메뉴 음식 종류 풍부하고, 요리 완성도가 높다. 객실 지원 직원 ( 1층 근무) 근무 직원이 고객의 질문에 성실하게 대답한다.
