A pleasant stay at the Park HYATT hotel and a Thank You to all the warm welcoming hotel staff such as Sherry Xu, Bowen, Joy and King. I am looking forward to revisiting this hotel in the near future.

It was my first time staying at Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The butler service was truly exceptional, and a special shoutout to Romy, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, helping us arrange transport and even assisting with sending a parcel back to Malaysia. We were here for a birthday celebration, and she surprised us with a free room upgrade, which made the trip even more special. The food at the hotel was delicious and comforting, though we do hope for more variety in the future. The breathtaking views and the overall experience were perfect, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were a map to make the area more tourist-friendly. There are many shops around the hotel, but we didn’t realize this until after skiing. A guide would make exploring the area much easier for guests. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes. Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

從藍景轉戰到柏悦酒店，兒子感慨終於有人幫我們拿行李了，柏悦雖然有些老但不舊，所有工作人員都特別熱情，房間也很乾凈，房間需要什麼很快就送過來了，還免費給孩子加了床，Joy也是在我們入住期間各種問候，特別感謝

在萬達度假區比較安靜的地區，設施非常棒，適合度假出遊享受安靜時光的旅客。室外温泉非常舒適，去完天池後泡一下放鬆非常舒服。到的那天是下雨天，也提早了蠻多到的酒店，Joy還是非常熱心的安排了客房給我們休息。

終於實現了夏季來長白山的願望，酒店房間很大，不愧是萬達度假的高端酒店，早餐除了自助，還有是特色點餐，小朋友很喜歡，不用去漢拿山，酒店也有泳池和温泉，特別喜歡白樺林騎行，可惜天池封閉沒能上去，酒店附近挖挖人蔘也挺有意思。Winni服務很好，電話聯繫不上房間裏的家人，還專程幫忙請人到房間通知。

設施：房間都在獨棟別墅裏，房間裏一有盡有，浴缸很大，衞生間的鏡子有兩面，非常方便。房間裏是木地板，對鼻炎人士很友好。酒店的設施齊全，周邊配套方便。萬達度假區內的遊樂設施很贊。 衞生：很好，打掃很乾凈。 環境：酒店中古風，很喜歡，酒店配套萬達商業街內，從酒店大堂後門出棧道十分鐘不到就可以到達商業街，而且沿途景色很美。 服務：大堂，餐廳，客房服務都很贊，入住第一天服務人員很貼心，會主動到房間詢問是否需要幫助及提供冰塊服務。餐廳服務有求必應。大堂對於酒店權益的解釋很到位，服務周到。尤其表揚 Joy，很貼心很周到。 感謝柏悦給了一個特別的仲夏夜，打鐵花和煙火表演很美，傳統與現代的碰撞。

設施：最喜歡温泉池，期待冬天時來試試。 衞生：整體保持不錯。 環境：看的出來建設時很用心，外部環境絕佳，內部設計合理方便。 服務：入住之前Joy幫忙聯繫安排，入住快速方便。餐飲服務也非常不錯。

酒店位於萬達度假區，酒店後門棧道走出去很快就能到度假區小鎮，但鬧中取靜，後門出去很快就能到小樹林，可徒步去挖參，路上還見到雨後長出來的蘑菇，環境很好。酒店房間比較寬敞，設施也維護得不錯。酒店中餐廳可以滿足吃東北菜的需求，味道也不錯，還可以幫忙預訂去旁邊的凱悦餐廳吃飯，也能直接掛柏悦的房賬上非常方便。工作人員非常熱情，小磊幫忙聯繫了采藍莓，Fanny幫忙推薦了餐廳。

環境：酒店在長白山西坡萬達度假區的最深處，選址避免了喧鬧，而且離商業街不遠出門溜達幾步也能逛個街玩個項目。萬達度假區在夏天也開發了很多遊玩項目，晚上有打鐵花、煙花，划船、滑草、索道這些，太陽下山前玩一玩很舒服。 服務：這次是帶爸爸媽媽看天池，前台Michelle小姐姐升了一個套房讓我們兩間佔據了Villa的一層樓哈哈，還幫我們預約了阿拉斯加犬合影，大狗狗根本就是可愛怪。訂房的時候看封面照覺得很像Bath，就想復刻，找位置的時候偶遇了一位大姐姐（抱歉太匆匆沒有記住名字）感覺她有別的事但還是先帶我們去了同款機位，是宴會廳旁的天台，雖然最後因為沒帶無人機復刻失敗，但看到了美麗的雲彩。值班經理Joy提前一天聯繫了我們加了微信，得知我們要去看天池後發了天氣預報提醒了多添衣，還send blessings，我們最後真的第一天上山就看到了誒。禮賓部的小哥哥們很有責任心，預約送機的時候本卡點登機選手衹想提前45min到機場但小哥很不放心，苦口婆心勸我們早點出發哈哈 設施：作為10多年前建造的酒店設施還是抗打的，可以看出來每年都有花很多心思維護，酒店裝修設計風格很合爸爸媽媽胃口，但也有瑕疵，地板中空、非虹吸馬桶、無智能化中控這些都是時間帶來的問題。 餐飲：中餐餐飲出品整體算是在線的，作為南方人還是很難愛上酸菜哈哈，但是鍋包肉不錯吃，外皮有點酥酥的很香口感也好，但是早餐的French toast和下午茶的西點都沒有及格，不過口味本來就因個體差異很大。

房間很大，加了個床住下了我家的二大二小也不太擠，早餐非常好👍，單點的舒芙蕾非常贊，現烤的熱乎的鬆餅配上奶油口感很特別！餐廳的服務很好很及時，第二天在室外泡池放鬆的同時欣賞到了小鎮的煙花秀，有度假的感覺。 離小鎮商業區都在步行範圍，隨時進出或回房間休息。要説需要注意的是房間有點年頭地板有些嘎吱響，大堂較小，整個酒店感覺比較小眾人不多，沒有烏泱烏泱的人羣也是感受比較好。
