Ulasan Victoria Hotel (Guangzhou South High-speed Railway Station)

Lingkungan: Kebersihan sangat buruk. Saat saya buka pintu, saya melihat banyak kecoa mati di lantai. Kemudian saya pindah ke ruangan lain dan selimutnya berjamur. Saya pindah ke ruangan lain dan awalnya tidak ada kecoa. Tapi ketika saya sedang makan malam, ada lagi yang hidup. Kecoa itu merangkak keluar, dan setelah melaporkannya ke petugas kebersihan, dia menyuruh saya untuk menyemprotnya dengan sesuatu untuk mengusir kecoa, tetapi keesokan harinya saya melihat kecoa lain di bawah AC di lantai dua, dan saya memukuli mereka berdua sampai mati. Jangan datang jika Anda memiliki persyaratan kebersihan! Sikap di front desk masih baik.

Siang hari saat saya check in, air di kamar mandi agak tersumbat. Saya menelepon meja depan untuk memberikan umpan balik. Seorang teknisi datang untuk memeriksanya dan mengatakan bahwa dia akan mengatur teknisi untuk membersihkannya untuk kami di Sore. Tapi pas malam balik lagi, showernya masih blokir. Kita lapor lagi jam 12 malam. Buka blokirnya lucu kan? Kepala pancuran tidak bisa diperbaiki dan hanya bisa dicuci dengan tangan. Sandal sekali pakai sangat licin dan saya sarankan Anda tidak memakainya. Sangat berbahaya dan Anda bisa terjatuh jika tidak hati-hati!

We arrived quite late but it wasn’t a problem for them as they were prepared to welcome us. Room was very huge and nice. Unfortunately it took very long to make the room warm since the AC wasn’t as powerful as we hoped it would be. Shower didn’t get warm at all. Bed was very comfortable 👍 Maybe next time I come back in summer so it is a bit warmer and a cold shower would be a good thing. Location is perfect if you come from 广州南 station. There is still a lot of construction going on in the area. I wouldn’t recommend to walk to the hotel. Take a Taxi for 5 CN¥ and skip the trouble. (Photo shows the view from our room)

The hotel is situated in a cluster of hotels and apartments that basically shared the 2 buildings. Hence it was rather difficult to find the hotel entrance as it is not conspicuous compared to other hotel. The room was large though, however it also look and feel a bit rundown.

I would never recommend! We are living in China for over a decade, traveling a lot for business. This is one of the worst hotels we have been in the last few years. Unfortunately we missed the last train and had to sleep near the station. The location close to the station is the only positive thing. The biggest issue : SUPER DIRTY , Floor full of hairs, toilet not clean, used toothpick stuck on the furniture. Notvto mention Broken window fixed with a chain, broken armchair. Certainly not going back !

Hello, I'm foreigner. This hotel is a suitable choice for you who are looking for a hotel around Guangzhou South Railway Station. The room is clean, hotel staff is absolutely nice, and the services are incredible. Good job!

Totally not set up tto operate as a hotel. Room is spacious - only pros. Bathroom design is a nightmare - no barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom - so all wet after a shower. TV cannot be operated by the remote controls Neighboring room are leased like private residences and offices - no security at all Try to avoid all the other "hotels" in the same cluster locations Not expensive but no vale for money

This hotel is good for those who want to stay near to GuangZhouNan station, not so near to city center but getting around GuangZhou city by METRO is fine with some walking (900m) from the hotel to nearest station, i.e. Shibi Station.

Rooms are very dated. Not very cleaned. If you need something decent. Don't book this place. But it works for me as I need something for just me travel alone. Not for family. As you can smell cigarettes when I specifically asked for noone smoking room.

Hotel near Guangzhou South Station. Convenient for traveling. The hotel is very clean. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. I arrived early and was assisted with early check-in but no additional service fee was charged. Below the hotel there are many eateries and small supermarkets. Everything is quite fine. I had a good experience staying here.

If you do not have local sim you have to request receiption to arrange to use wifi for connection to internet. Spacious room and Chinese food stalls are near by. You may arrange with front desk to use hotel Ferry to commute to Guangzhou South Station. Overall ok.

Takes 15 minutes walk to southern Guangzhou High Speed Rail dan nearest Metro station. The hotel provides free shuttle to train station every 30 minutes. Our hotel’s lobby and check in counter are not in same building, but can be reach within 100-150 meters
