The hotel is really a nice one, with wonderful breakfast and good service.

Very traditional/local house so if you want a different experience to the commercial hotel vacation, this is a good choice. It's close to Khao San so this being a busy tourist area, you do hear a lot of tuk tuks and the walls aren't soundproofed but it was fairly quiet after around 11pm and in the mornings. Breakfast was ok, there are a few options but they didn't have the juice on both days. The room wasn't cleaned either so I bought bottled water (they do have a water machine though). Overall, i'd say it's pretty expensive for what you get but its a unique experience whilst staying in Bangkok. The staff were very good.

Super clean and comfy. Feels like living in the countryside but in the center of Bangkok. Tasty breakfast and super welcome hosts.

Very quaint and the breakfast was amazing. Wan was extremely helpful and friendly. Will stay here again when I come back to Bangkok. Location is great with lots of food, drinks, and a seven eleven within a minute walk too. Can't hear anything from inside the hotel though.

Very good, clean and hygienic, quiet environment, quiet in a busy city, the boss is very kind, the breakfast is American breakfast, very delicious. The decoration inside is very Nanyang style, very beautiful.

I stayed for a few days and was in a great mood. The boss lady and the guy were very nice. It was a very good experience.

It's super clean and sanitary. I like it very much. The breakfast every day is also very rich. The small stalls outside the door are all delicious. There is also a morning market on the road outside in the morning, with food, drinks, fruits, and everything. And everyone is very quiet, there is no noise, I will choose this one next time.

Very clean. Luckily, I met some decent travelers and it was very quiet. I stayed for five nights and slept very well. The breakfast was delicious. The location is not too far from the surrounding attractions. It is very convenient to eat, drink and take a taxi when you get out of the alley.

The environment and service are good, but the first floor is too noisy. You can hear the people walking on the second floor. People with bad sleep should not book it. You can hear the people walking and talking on the upper floor. I was woken up several times.

The room was clean and tidy, and the boss maintained it very well. The breakfast was so rich that I choked on it.

The good points: - Cleanliness and authenticity - Calm - The air conditioning - Breakfast The bad points: - Staff speaks little English - Far from public transport (especially the skytrain) - No sofa or living room to relax - Taxi to the airport We had a good stay in the hotel. The location is not ideal for public transportation, and the surrounding environment is typical of Bangkok. The staff don't always speak English well, but we manage to make ourselves understood, and are always very helpful. The laundry service costs 100 Baht per person (washing machine + dryer), which is quite reasonable. The hotel can arrange a taxi to the airport for 500 Baht. This is not necessarily profitable since a Grab would cost around 300 Baht. We still booked a taxi at 2am to get to the airport, and our driver was falling asleep and dancing while driving (he was probably on *****). We have never been so scared in our lives. The staff didn't pay attention to this at all, although someone accompanied us to the taxi. The hotel really needs to be careful about which taxis they call in the future. To future customers: prefer a Grab, premium if possible. Your life is worth the price.
