Ulasan Hotel Bristol Berlin

The location is very good in the heart of Kudam ,close to the Zoo train station. The staff is very nice and helpful. The lobby, restaurant,bar ,swimming-pool are very nice and classy .Unfortunately ,the standard rooms are quite outdated ,especially bathroom,. The furniture's are looking really like from 1980 s,with wired mirrors at the entrance . I was feeling like in a changing room. Overall the stay was good in my room. I believe they may have updated rooms too.

Definitely not 5 start! Trip.com writes mistakeably that they have 5*, but actually they don't have any oficcially. Their standard is like 3*.

Tolles Hotel in Top Lage am Ku’damm .Leider Heizung und Wasser etwas kalt .Sehr ruhig und Top Italiener gegenüber . Frühstück sehr gut und eine etwas ältere Servierkraft außerordentlich angenehm und Serviceleistungen entkernt . Danke dafür .

Das Hotel ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen, daher auch die Ausstattung, Gegessen haben wir nicht I'm Hotel, denn genau gegen űber war ein exzellentes Italien Restaurant,

Arrived late at night, staff covered all our needs after the room booked was not correct, so upgraded with no fuss. Breakfast was outstanding on both morning we ate, with staff friendly and helpful. Bar second to none and all staff very good.

Very good located. But unfortunately the restaurant was closed which made us very disappointed. We had to deposit 150Euros , if we should use room service! A lot of money! The hotel seemed a bit shabby, not at it used to be. We have stayed there nine times before but we think this was the last time. Our junior suite had an old fashioned TV and the furniture had to be changed. We felt that the hotel not was what it used to be!

It's absolutely not a 5 star hotel could 2 or 3 maximum. Room is very old nothing in it. The only good thing about this hotel is location

Bit shocked at the spa being a no clothes policy We there with my wife and everyone as there bits out I don’t think there’s any need for that and on my way back to my room I was told off for wearing no slippers . So it’s ok to flash your privates in the spa but not bare foot in the lobby

Frequent Berlin traveler, Room is poor value for money. Room 559 (3nights) - dated room, loose toilet, very dusty and dirty, poor cleaning. Will not return

Great stay. Nice room with a lot of space. Staff was nice, helpful and attentive. Will stay again.

Overall services are good, especially the breakfast time start an hour earlier (530 am) on the Berlin Marathon day. Breakfast is also great.
