IT WAS PATHETHTIC THAT THE HOTEL HANDED OVER THE INVOICE TO THE CLIENT WITH THE AMOUNT PAID TO THE HOTEL AND IT WAS DIFFICULT TO HANDLE THE CLIENT EXPLAINING WHY WAS THE CLIENT＜. PLEASE CHECK WHY DID THE HOTEL HAND OVER THE INVOICE TO THE CLIENT

Very good hotel, rooms are spacious, but wardrobe closet is less than adequate. There is bathtube in every room which is a pleasant. The pool is great. Breakfast is ok, but the egg corner is only serving omellete. Location is great, you can find numerous good restaurants within 5 minutes ride

The hot spring water is good and the staff are friendly, but the facilities and cleanliness are poor.

Clean, comfortable, strategic location, the view from the hotel is also beautiful. Only the children's pool, the water is very, very hot

Standard villa not worth the hype. Room is small even the villa type. Need sound proofing due to sound from outside and next room can be hear clearly from inside the hotel. Room need thorough cleaning, some dirt at the corner The good thing only big bath tube (made from cement as the other hotel in the area) and the water is quite hot. Breakfast is standard.

We stayed in this hotel for only one day. And had lunch, dinner and breakfast there. Warm welcome in this hotel that I estimate was built around 1985. In the main building regular guest rooms (of which we used one). Spacious room with good bed, desk and balcony. As in almost all hotels that we visited during this holiday, the bathroom could do with a descaling. Showering in the bath .. not a problem for us but still annoying for (even) older guests. Large swimming pool available, possibility for massage etc.. Good kneading for little money, my partner told me. At the hotel villas, in two rows along a beautiful canal. Look good. Lunch and dinner okay, but small menu. Breakfast even more exuberant than in our previous hotels ... long buffet with all kinds of warm Indonesian dishes and also warm pastas etc.. Western European breakfast a bit meager ... lots of sweets. Anyway. A bit of a swallow when it comes to coffee .. or rather .. not a swallow. They only offer Arabic coffee .. so ground coffee in cup, hot water on top .. drink carefully to avoid sludge. Bah, what a disappointment, this can't be! Ending positively .. the hotel is located in a beautiful valley, surrounded on all sides by high mountains, including two volcanoes that still have the status active. From the half-open dining room a beautiful view of the surroundings.
