Very nice hotel with fantastic view as I booked ocean view . Breakfast has wide range of choice n even I take for 2 days will still able to enjoy . The inside room internet was weak though the lounge area was stronger .

Very dusty in the room, the tea pot , table, a thin layer of dust can easily be seen.
I was assigned to a room with connecting door. And the conversation in next room can hear by me. And that room has a kid, always yelling, I was very disturbed.

Better than traditonal Japanese hotel. Clean and convenient.
There are not much choices for breakfast, others fine.

My stay is okay. My feeling is that the hotel is overcharged considering what it offered. For this price, i would expect more facilities to be provided in the hotel. I stayed two night and the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are completely the same for two days. My suggestion is that joining dinner buffet for one day is enough as the next day will be bored.

The hotel is new and the staff are nice. The buffet dinner is very good as well and the onsen is nice. I tried the massage at their spa and it was surprisingly good

The hotel is very old, does not provide bottle water and USB. View is nice but room facility is really need to be remodel.

Room was a little rundown for the price they were asking. Pool was out of service because of covid. Lack of bathroom towels in the room. Otherwise a pleasant stay overall.
