Saya terkejut ketika saya menginap di hotel untuk ulang tahun saya.
Liangjiang Bar tidak menawarkan air atau kursi kosong.
Konon konsumsinya rendah, dan dia diusir karena berfoto di pinggir, katanya jangan mengganggu para tamu.

Peningkatan tipe kamar gratis, tetapi Anda harus membayar harga kamar nanti. Tipe kamar sudah termasuk sarapan, setelah makan saya bilang tidak gratis dan harus bayar sarapannya.

Fasilitas: Saya check in ke Bupati siang malam tahun baru dan langsung minta dibuka satu-satunya jendela kecil yang hanya bisa dibuka kurang dari 20 derajat. AC ruangan gagal mengatur suhu. Atur ke minimum 15 derajat. Udara keluar masih mengalirkan udara panas, dan panel kontrol suhu menampilkan suhu sebenarnya 25 hingga 26 derajat. Dari jam 14.00 hingga sekitar jam 18.30, suhu tidak bisa turun. Mengenakan baju lengan pendek juga panas. AC dimatikan. Tidak ada udara segar yang masuk, pengap. Dalam keputusasaan, saya memberi tahu meja layanan. Setelah petugas teknik datang, mereka justru mengukur suhu ruangan di atas 25 derajat. Karena pergantian rumah, segala sesuatunya perlu dipindahkan termasuk barang, makanan, dll.
Pihak toko mengatakan mereka akan memberikan beberapa makanan ringan sebagai kompensasi. Saya bilang ada minuman dan makanan ringan gratis di kamar itu sendiri. Kami tidak membutuhkan ini. Tapi toko bersikeras untuk mengirimkannya. Lihat gambar. Saya jelas tentang apa yang saya inginkan. Pindah rumah adalah dasarnya. Komitmen terhadap waktu tamu. Pengalaman check-in sangat buruk. Setelah mengeluh tentang Ctrip. Lijing adalah pengganggu besar di toko. Tidak ada niat untuk introspeksi. Saya pikir ruang ganti sudah terpecahkan. Sebaliknya, platform Ctrip menanggapi masalah ini dengan sangat serius dan mengatakan bahwa platform tersebut akan menanggapi Regent. Me and my girlfriend stayed for a week during the summer.
The dining was excellent. We tried the buffets
on the first floor which was excellent despite being inexpensive, and also the Chinese restaurant on the third floor, which had very very good dim sum and was very affordable as well. We also ordered some food from room service which was delivered to our room, and that which was very good also and reasonably priced. We also tried some M8+ steaks at the grill on the second floor, which was pricier but also very tasty - though I think the other meals we had were better value for money.
The service was excellent. We had a dedicated staff member that answered any queries we had on WeChat, and also any requests such as asking for amenities (water, nail clippers, paper clip, printing e.t.c.) almost instantly upon messaging, requests for room cleaning and laundry, or booking any of the dining facilities.
The gym was well equipped and not very busy. We did not try the other facilities. We also enjoyed having some nighttime snacks on the terrace on the 7th floor as well, and it has an amazing view and a relaxing atmosphere.
Overall very happy with the experience!

It’s definitely 10/10 experience for me and my husband. It was for my hubby’s birthday celebration! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful ! They are even kind enough to do a birthday decoration in the room :) We also had dinner at Robin’s Grill Teppanyaki and of course they did a beautiful decor at our table with providing the cutest birthday cake. Also, we had drinks at River Terrace with the warmest hospitality from Rigo (waiter from dinner & bartender). This place is stunning! Must go! Overall, we enjoyed Regent very very much. We will definitely come back soon!

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous and kind. Moreover they were all extremely professional and competent. My river-view room was exquisite, with a beautiful view of the lights off Chongqing. The room-keeping was impeccable. The pool and sauna area were excellent. The food facilities were excellent and high quality western options were available - after 20 days in China this was very nice to have something that reminded me of home. I will miss my beautiful room and the wonderful services and facilities in the hotel. More than that, however, I will miss the staff, who made me feel at home in a far away land.
Thank you to all the staff for an exceptional stay.

We must write about our stay at Regent Chongqing to show appreciation of our stay this round! We travel a lot and have stayed in different hotels, but Regent Chongqing must be the best hotel we have stayed in so far. Their attention to details on the design, all the services and sincerity from all the staffs (i mean ALL), and their sensitivity to all our needs (I once ordered 暖貼 from **, and when they brought my order to the room they also brought me 紅糖薑茶沖劑).
Honestly words can’t describe our happy we are at our stay here, we plan to come back end of year will for sure will not have any other choice than Regent.

Very underwhelming experience, totally different from other positive reviews. Firstly, there’s no welcome snacks/fruits for my stay. I do not know why so many other guests received nice snacks/platters from their reviews, this is clearly a double standard treatment. Second, when I requested for bath soak preparation which the hotel claimed they will provide to guests, what they did was simply leave a pack of bath salts and a bottle of bubble bath solution on the tray. The staffs claimed they no longer do that for guests and we have to DIY. If the hotel is no longer providing this service, you should not be advertising that. Clearly a misrepresentation from the hotel. Do not believe the older reviews you see here with nice rose petals bath. I will not recommend this hotel. For this price you are paying, look elsewhere for other better options. Very disappointing.

As the first time when I booked this hotel I shocked by their excellent service and personal environment.you can get better sights in room which besides to the Jia Ling river when you sit there and drinking wine you can really feel it's a nice vocation moment! Also breakfast is wonderful too.By the way,they gave me a nice gift while I leaving.The best hotel in ChongQing with no doubt.Hope we meet in the next time:D

Great hotel that begins with a luxurious lobby space and warm hospitality. The rooms are well-equipped, and the butler service on WeChat is convenient and responsive. The pool and saunas were comfortable, and the gym was sufficiently equipped.
We had several requests that were all met expediently (such as getting bubblewrap to help us with protecting the glassware we bought). Special shoutout to Miss Lilyan, the attentive and friendly front-counter staff member who went out of her way to prepare gifts for us before we left. Miss Nicole was also the person behind our prompt WeChat butler service. Kudos to the both of them!
This hotel is among the more expensive choices in Chongqing city, but it is easy to understand why as the overall experience did not fall short of a 6-star experience. The location is great from the airport (it saves you from needing to cross the bridge and join the traffic jam), but accessibility to city centre remains great. Our room had a partial view of Hongyadong too!
