There is a huge and interesting mall with good food opposite to the hotel. Big room size with Alexia control, but toiletries provided are average. Location is not so convenient need to take DiDi to go attractions about 30-40 rmb each trip.

第一次來重慶 朋友推薦 住在金科，比預期要很多，酒店小單經理為我們升級了房間，直接能看到 最繁華的 光環購物公園 視野非常棒 因為有小朋友 還為我們精心準備了 聖誕點心送到房間 可惜沒有拍照片 小朋友們就狼吞虎嚥了，第二天還為我們送上來各式各樣的水果 很是用心 ，體驗感非常好 下次約了閨蜜一起來 還是會住在這裏。

這是後續，前兩天已經寫了對金科酒店的評價。 房間號1223共住了六天。 今天再寫是因為金科前台陳先生，非常好的支持。 我退房之後。發現押金沒有退回去我的支付寶。晚上查詢前台之後是說當天下午已經打回，然後加我的微信賬號說明天再給我確認。。第二天一早，前台陳先生主動微信我說系統延誤，可以人工轉賬去我微信。但因為我微信沒有填妥身份訊息，所以就他只好再加我支付寶，再轉給我。那我不用再等也不用再親自去酒店。 錯誤總是會有的。怎樣應付是重點。而這次金科酒店讓我完美的體驗 教書級客服。 其實之前我跑步來回園博園的時候。不慎跌倒皮外傷。BellBoy已經有送止血清潔品。另外前台眼鏡👓姐姐亦有主動提供洗衣服務。 Keep up the good work (ง •̀_•́)ง加油 ps 圖一攝自我房，對面就是置地 Ring shopping center

房間地上竟然有煙灰，而且連着三天住宿打掃都沒有清理掉。這個衞生堪憂。退房忘了還門口，既然還扣了 20 元。我快遞給你們不行嗎？為啥直接就扣錢呢。不推薦，大家以後別住了

作為一個常旅客，選擇酒店方面自然是踩過不少的雷，每每這時就會想起金科。正如重慶是偉大祖國的安全大後方，金科則是我的酒店大後方，永遠安全穩定，永遠質量保障！ 有時候在想，旅人和酒店之間，確實存在很奇妙的緣分，就像央金蘭澤的那首《遇上你是我的緣》一樣。而我和金科的緣分，大致可以追溯到10多年前，入住老金科（人和店）曾經帶來過一段美好體驗。正當這塵封已久的美好回憶漸漸淡去之際，蘇州的高鐵金科酒店又再次讓我驚艷。一直很好奇，金科是如何將保持重慶文化傳統和異地複製擴張平衡的如此之好，毫無違和。 這次來重慶開會，當得知主辦方將會場選擇在新的金科大酒店之時，居然有一絲小別勝新婚的激動。感謝預訂部Tina的熱情接待，站在客户的角度換位思考，真可謂金科的服務之星，雖然未曾謀面，但為你點個大大的贊！ 房間不用多説，有圖有真相。整體來講，無論是硬件、服務抑或是酒店周圍的商圈配套，都沒有任何可以挑剔的短板。性價比方面，毫不誇張的説，是四星級的價格，五星級的服務，七星級的享受，十星級的滿意！ 快樂的時光總是如此之短暫，期待下次可以更全方位、無死角的領略金科的美，相信等待的時間不會太久。臨別之際，那首《遇上你是我的緣》又在耳邊響起：一切等待，不再是等待，我的一生就選擇了你，遇上你是我的緣
