Ulasan Novotel Southampton

The location is good all within 10 minutes walk to restaurant and shopping centre, IKEA is 7 minutes away only. Recommend those taking cruise at Southampton port to stay 2 days, those forget to bring enough clothing don’t worry, Decathlon and others shop is also around the corner next to IKEA. Old castle also not far away. 

We stayed overnight before going on a Cruise, walking distance into town and Cruise Port but would use a taxi go drop off cases. We drove to cruise terminal, dropped our luggage and parked our car in Multi storey car park in West Quays for £6 night. We stayed in a family room with 3 adults and a child. My daighter and granddaughter used spa facilifies and it was very good. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment. McD's is in car park as well as anothef food place. Shops couple mins walk if you forget anything, Boots, Matalan, Poundland as well as others, would stay again

Very close to the city center, Good locations to places around southampton Restaurant staff were exceptional assisted with the birthday suprise made it memorable, food was great. Staff were all professional Overall a great place to Stay and worth the money

Disappointed as the pool was empty at 7am and said would take 4 hours which is checkout time. I asked if i could extend to use the facilities and they said no. Disappointed with the overall experiance

The experience here is better than I thought.Convenient location and nice space^_^

除了離火車站超近，走路 3 分鐘距離，其他都沒什麼好的，設施陳舊，沒有空調熱風，凍的不行，給前台要了一個取暖的暖氣片，早餐 18 磅一個人，沒什麼吃的，感覺就是把英式早餐拆開了擺放的自助餐

房間很大 2個大箱子放着沒感覺 大沙發超級舒服 朋友第一晚居然在沙發上睡了一晚 我一個人睡的大床 她説沙發太舒服了😁 很乾凈 地理位置超級好 走到火車站5分鐘撐死了 有小路的 第一天不知道繞了個大圈 在英國住的最舒服的酒店

房間非常寬敞 床也是1.8大床 而且房間裏面有好幾道門 原木的風格 很像回到了家 除了裝修有點老 其他真的很不錯 浴室和廁所也是乾濕分離 贊贊
