The hotel nice and quite good location, nice breakfast

Hotel w położeniu blisko parku wodnego. Sam hotel ładny jednak jak na 4 gwiazdki to dobrze gdyby przeszedł już lekkie odświeżenie, bo po tapetach widać już że swoje odwisialy.

Hotel razoável para o preço apresentado. O pequeno almoço podia ser melhor.

Dobra cena, dobra lokalizacja, czysto. Na minus bardzo niskie ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem i w umywalce.

The suites are a very good size. However, there is no dining table even though there is plenty of space. Also one curtain was missing from the windows.

Quite far from the city center, about 15 min by Uber. In the morning they said our breakfast is not included so we had to pay additional money. If you like porridge or pickles you won’t find them on the breakfast. The only thing that was suitable for me during breakfast was a pancake with cottage cheese and I had to ask and wait for the sour cream to it. The coffee was so-so. If you would like to use SPA, keep in mind that it works from 16:00. The bed is situated in such a way so I slept with my head to the window and my legs to the entrance door, which I didn’t like as well

Wasn't the best, was lied to from the start believing it was close to the old town, it was a 15 Uber which wasn't a big issue, the girls behind the desk was quite rude, and on the last night when we had to be up at 2am to travel home there was a party going on above our room with loud music blasting out, which started about 9pm and was still going at 3am when we left, absolutely disgusting ruined the last night for us.

Clean and convinient place to stay in Krakow. Parking availible. Space in room was enormous.

Good hotel.Nearby to tram station.Very good breakfast kai clean..nice reception and very clean room.the bathroom was good too.. We stay there two days.. Next to the hotel market with traditional products

Unfortunately, there was an additional fee for the pool and use of the beach. PLN 48 per person for 2.5 hours of the aquapark and PLN 15 for the beach for the whole day. Od I had known about the extra charges, I would have chosen a different hotel. No extra bed for a child. No towel or pillow for a child. Breakfast very good.

We had to spend a night during our business trip to the Central Europe - the location was convenient (not far from the main rood, big parking and some food places nearby). All above was as expected, however it is difficult to find anything great about this hotel, as the standard is average, breakfast is quite basic and the place is generally crowded with coach & sport groups.

Good apartment/suite. Needs a dining table to be complete.

Lovely lovely hotel. However you need to be aware there are a lot of displaced families staying here which I am absolutely supportive of, but, the family near us had a dog and we were woken up 3 days in a row by a.dog barking for 1 hour whilst they were down for breakfast! So not the relaxing break we were hoping for. There was also parties both Friday and Saturday which were very noisy. It's a bit too far out of the centre. Easy to get a taxi and about £5-7 each way,but krakow is so cheap genuinely think you'd get an accommodation in the centre for equivalent of this hotel plus taxi each day.

It’s pretty great. The room and bed is comfy. The breakfast is pretty okay. Overall, it’s a pretty nice hotel.
