One of the most friendly hotel , room is clean and big also the breakfast is delicious, we stay at pool view room very nice. Next time if I come to Krabi will come this hotel,love it 10/10.

Beautiful hotel . Has been staying with them since 2002 . This is the old wing . Take note new wing is not as beautiful

Overall is good. The staff and managers are very nice and attention. However the breakfast variety can be improved, the room is a bit torn, shower head stand in the bathroom is broken and cannot be adjusted. There is no bathtub in the room but swimming pool is quite big.

Average hotel. Average breakfast. Good pool. Can be noisy at 3am with trucks. No sea view. Had to have room cleaned when checked in as it was still dirty.

We spent 4 nights in Krabi La Playa and generally loved the place. Location is good. Right between Ao Nang and Nopparrat Thara beaches. Many eateries, cafes, shops around. 7/11 just about 70 meters from hotel. The hotel itself is not a brand new modern one, but still very comfortable. 4 huge pools, many trees (and no mosquitos), small but beautiful territory. The room we stayed was superior one. Its located in a newer building with renovated, more modern furniture. The breakfast actually exceeded my expectations. I expected a very simple one considering the price paid, but it was more like a 4* hotel. Many options, both asian and European. Good coffee, nice yoghurts, even oat cereal :))) The staff was polite and helpful. Thus, no complains, nice place for families.

I am very much impressed with the amenities they provided.Very good for families. Refrigerator Microwave Dryer Induction stove Some plates, cups and bowls Dish wash basin All the toiletries Cleanliness wise also it’s pretty good and the breakfast spread is also good. It’s just a 5-10min walk to the beach so all good. I would definitely recommend if you are not too particular on the happeningness and prefer calm. Con: the room is not too spacious, but just enough. Of course a bit far from the city(shopping) so you need a car/ book cab.

Room lighting is good, however bathroom facilities like shower seems old, water pressure weak, bed frame quality is poor (because when flip during sleep you can hear the bed frame squeak), cleanliness is average however the swimming pool is big. During the stay, toilet abit choke, door knob stuck have to keep calling guest service but they are fast to response. Commendable is Good location

設施：安排的是在一樓的房間，因為攜程頁面顯示是2-3樓有誤建設，所以與酒店進行了一次協商但滿房了沒有更換房間，後期攜程客服很及時的回覆解決，攜程客服好評。最開始比較擔心有蟲子，後面入住沒有發現有蟲子，因為落地窗一直鎖着，基本沒有打開。房間比較大，稍微舊一點但不影響使用。有一個點比較驚喜，出去玩一整天回房，房內意外的很涼快。房間淋浴頭放置處已經壞了，如果不小心使用有可能會掉落。 衞生：有一個枕頭有遺留的口水味，還好帶了一次性枕頭套，浴室洗手池水龍頭上還有遺留的假睫毛沒有打掃乾淨，早餐桌上有小蟑螂跑過，有可能是室外餐桌沒辦法避免，接飲料喝的玻璃杯上還留有不知道哪位美麗女士的大紅脣印。 環境：地理環境好就在南澳沙灘海邊，從泳池小路出去離租摩託的小店也挺近。 服務：服務人員比較熱情，有寄存行李服務挺不錯。餐廳的管理人員一位胖胖的可愛姐姐也很熱情。浴室有疊小象毛巾還挺可愛的，酒店還提供可以外出攜帶的毛毯籃子很貼心。早餐品種較少，吃到第三天有點不是很想吃了。房間有兩瓶玻璃瓶水是免費的但有點喝不慣。

房間很寬敞明亮，早餐非常豐盛，走到海邊很近的，性價比很高。到鏡湖玩了皮划艇，又去四島跳海。天氣非常好，天空碧藍碧藍的，沙灘很乾凈。

房間很乾凈 硬件配套設施也很好，位置我覺得不錯 去哪也方便，酒店可以辦理出去玩，租摩託等，就是早點不是很豐富，其他都很可以。

位置很好，旁邊就是711，離奧南海灘步行10分鐘，酒店早餐很一般，泳池有三個小型的，孩子7歲以上就要單獨收費，這點難以理解
