I went sea fishing today and hauled in two pretty big fish—what a great catch! Back at the hotel, the nanny not only suggested the best way to cook them but even helped prepare the meal. By dinner time, the table was set with a delicious fish dish that tasted fresh from the sea. Her thoughtfulness didn’t just make the meal wonderful; it made the whole day feel extra warm. Thanks Nanny.this trip feels absolutely perfect.

Pleasantly surprised to get a room upgrade from Superior to Duluxe room (perhaps some of the Superior rooms were under maintenance and the rest were fully taken during my stay). The differences in rooms are the latter has a bath tub plus a couple of perks like coffee-brewing machine and blue-tooth sound bar to listen to your music. There are 2 wings in the hotel: (1) rooms in the 4 and 5-storey main buildings are slightly older but I find that the views are better here: they face blue-tiled pools, lush garden or distant seaview (2) rooms in the new 3-storey building have newer, nicer furnishings but hardly any view. These newer rooms have view of the pool with tiles in a horrifying shade of neon green (hahaha, depends on your taste!) that reminds me of algae and moss. So if you prefer very nice/new room interior, get room in the new wing; if you prefer nice varied balcony views, get room in the main wings. Overall, this hotel met all my expectations: excellent location, calm environment, overall room cleanliness and amenities, varied and delicious breakfast and very prompt and helpful services from the staff. So glad I booked this hotel!

The hotel room was spacious and the location was relatively convenient. The staff were friendly, but it felt like the bedding in our room hadn’t been changed and there were bed bugs. I was bitten all night, and the room wasn’t cleaned the next day either. We had to request fresh bedding, which they eventually provided.

One of the most friendly hotel , room is clean and big also the breakfast is delicious, we stay at pool view room very nice. Next time if I come to Krabi will come this hotel,love it 10/10.

Good hotel, and facilities. Cleanliness was really good. Good size pool, Limited sun loungers. Seemed understaffed at times. Only one staff member for pool bar, to service the whole pool area, so trying to purchase from the bar at certain times was near impossible. Some managers were to attentive, that it became annoying. Overall a good place to stay

Beautiful hotel . Has been staying with them since 2002 . This is the old wing . Take note new wing is not as beautiful

Good location and noce swimming pool. Generous room size. Recommend

Overall is good. The staff and managers are very nice and attention. However the breakfast variety can be improved, the room is a bit torn, shower head stand in the bathroom is broken and cannot be adjusted. There is no bathtub in the room but swimming pool is quite big.

Average hotel. Average breakfast. Good pool. Can be noisy at 3am with trucks. No sea view. Had to have room cleaned when checked in as it was still dirty.

Good hotel but breakfast options are rather minimal

We spent 4 nights in Krabi La Playa and generally loved the place. Location is good. Right between Ao Nang and Nopparrat Thara beaches. Many eateries, cafes, shops around. 7/11 just about 70 meters from hotel. The hotel itself is not a brand new modern one, but still very comfortable. 4 huge pools, many trees (and no mosquitos), small but beautiful territory. The room we stayed was superior one. Its located in a newer building with renovated, more modern furniture. The breakfast actually exceeded my expectations. I expected a very simple one considering the price paid, but it was more like a 4* hotel. Many options, both asian and European. Good coffee, nice yoghurts, even oat cereal :))) The staff was polite and helpful. Thus, no complains, nice place for families.

I am very much impressed with the amenities they provided.Very good for families. Refrigerator Microwave Dryer Induction stove Some plates, cups and bowls Dish wash basin All the toiletries Cleanliness wise also it’s pretty good and the breakfast spread is also good. It’s just a 5-10min walk to the beach so all good. I would definitely recommend if you are not too particular on the happeningness and prefer calm. Con: the room is not too spacious, but just enough. Of course a bit far from the city(shopping) so you need a car/ book cab.
