A little bit far away to walk to the beach, good if you can rent a bike. Swimming pool is small but nice. Rooms are ok to stay for 2 people. In total we enjoyed our stay

Hotel was nice and clean the staff was friendly and welcoming. Very close to Kata and Karon beach. Highly recommend.

I been to Kata twice and honestly so far this is the best stay I been. Staff is friendly, the owners a kind and helpful. The location is the best to my opinion, 2 blocks from the Main Street that bring you to the beach (besides beyond kata) it takes you 15-20 min to get there but is perfect. I love it because is cozy and quiet. There was not kids while I’ve stayed (5 nights) which was perfect.

The place is nice, far away from crowded places. Have a swimming pool, suitable for family.

The costumer service is non existent in this place at all… Honestly I was expecting a something different for the price we paid for…3 stars? Not even in their best dreams When we arrived the check in lady was having some drinks with the clients, so she was not in the mood at all to attend us She gave us a room (which it was a wrong one) with 2 beds instead of 1 big bed. The bedsheets and the towels when we arrived were absolutely disgusting, full of oil and who knows which other fluids….and she was with us saying no problem everything is clean which was a massive lie. when we asked the woman to change the bedsheets and the towels she was upset and very angry with us for asking to chang…At the end she did it in a very bad mood The stink of the toilet is consistent and all over the room every time, worst shower I’ve ever been ever, such a bad joke, even that water hoe of the toilet had way more pressure than the shower… Very bad first impression and I will not repeat it again, very very bad, since we arrived we tried to cancel or change the days but they didn’t allow us to do it without losing all the money we paid for For the same price you could get a very decent hotel room or similar to this without such a lack of

Quiet place. Good environment. But people who works there don’t speak English??? They can’t even understand simple sentences. So weird. I just asked a simple question about left-luggage service, a man seems like manager keep saying I need check out on time. Repeat again and again. So weird. And they didn’t show any menu when I ask them about dinner options. I’ll give 3.5/5 of total experience.

Absolut heruntergekommene Bude. Ich kann garnicht verstehen warum die ganzen anderen Kommentare positiv ausfallen können.  Ich habe knapp 100 Franken / Nacht bezahlt und hätte in der Natur genauso gut auf einer Bank in Patong schlafen können.  Ich hatte die Ehre in Bungalow 9 - vollgeschissene Wände von Mäusen oder Kakerlaken. Am Morgen sieht man die Sonne durch die Decke scheinen, jedoch nicht durch ein Fenster sondern durch ein Loch. Am Tag 1, zwei Kakerlaken erledigt und ca. 5-6 Tausenfüssler aufgesammelt. An Tag 2 weitere zwei Kakerlaken gefangen. Nach dem Reinigen an Tag zwei wurde trotz Boden wischens, die Toten auf dem Boden liegenden Kakerlaken übersehen.  Das zeigt auch wie gut allgemein geputzt wird…  Absolut unfreundlich wurde man gebeten um 11:30 das Zimmer zu verlassen obwohl an der Bungalow Türe steht check out ist ab bis 12 Uhr.  Ich bat darum auf dem Gelände nochmals zu duschen bevor mein Flug geht, wurde bejaht und als ich um 17 Uhr kam wurde mir die Dusche verweigert und ich habe kein Handtuch bekommen.  Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Schlimmste Erfahrung in Thailand.

Уютное, тихое место. В номере чисто, есть всё необходимое, холодильник, чайник, кондиционер. Каждый день кладут воду в номер после уборки. Есть флакончики с шампунем и т.д. Бассейн хороший, вокруг него шезлонги. Вся территория засажена деревьями и цветами. До пляжа (Ката) идти минут 25, до Карона 35. Но можно арендовать байк, 250 бат если свободен байк хозяйки, 350 за другие, если байк хозяйки занят. Сама хозяйка неплохо говорит по-английски, можно решить любой вопрос. Удалённость имеет плюсы, рядом недорогие но вкусные кафешки с приветливым персоналом и магазин 7-11. Однозначно рекомендую это место.

Расположение не особо удачно если без скутера. Если на скутере 5 мин до моря. Завтраки кто то тут расхваливал, завтраки не о чем. 200 бат на человека за пару яиц и кофе с соком. Мы переживали по поводу насекомых т.к. это бунгало, при заезде хозяйка сказала не оставлять еду и открытую дверь в бунгало и будет ок. В принципе так и было. Бассейн который большой чистый довольно таки, который длинный маленький не особо. Муравьи в ванной бывают как бы но сильно не напрягает. Короче за эту цену вполне неплохо, если питаться в кафе и ездить на скутере

Выбрали в последний момент за неимением лучшего, но не пожалели ни разу! Все нормально!

Отличное место, в стороне от дороги - тихо и спокойно. Чисто и уютно, хозяева прекрасные, бассейн хороший. До ближайшего кафе минут пять, рядом супермаркет 7-11, прачечная и все остальное. До пляжа минут 20 пешком, но при отеле есть аренда мопедов за 250 бат в день. Домики хорошие, вечерами здорово сидеть на крыльце и слушать местную фауну )

хороший отель. отличный пляж. из минусов старый номерной фонд. ремонта не было давно. водонагреватель почти не греет. холодный душ. из плюсов чистый бассейн и отличная локация.
