Wonderful hotel and excellent location just 15 minutes walk through a beautiful park to Bournemouth beach, our room was in a very quiet environment, It has a swimming pool and games room, super quiet and cozy. I highly recommend it to everyone who visits bornemouth affordable price.

Needs some improvement in cleanliness. The hot water jug wasn't clean. I haven't complained as I have not used it. All restaurants, bars and bus stands are within 10-20 mins walking distance. The location is quiet, but enjoyable. Recommend for staying with family.

We just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

Typical UK seaside hotel, in need of re-furbishing. We paid a lot for the small, badly furnished bedroom, but it was one of the busiest weekends of the year. Friendly, helpful staff. Chloe in the bar was a star. Pleasant walk through the park to the beach.

Family vacation. I liked the hotel. The only drawback is that there is no lunch and dinner. The staff are friendly.

We got a room with dirty bathroom. We asked for changing a room. Second room had some hair onto beds . We again asked to change. Finally we got a room which was less or more clean… It’s a hotel for strange experience.

The location was ok, not far from city centre. The hotel it self was horrible. Very dirty (kettle and lamp full of dust, carpet not hovered). The bathroom was very small (to the extreme that you cant dry yourself inside with its door closed and I am not a very large person). Very unconfortable (bed was terrible, you can't sleep because of the noise too, you can hear everything from the rooms next door and people walking in the rooms above). Everything is so out of date and very very old. The games room is very poorly maintained and the swimming pool its also not great in terms of cleanliness. Wouldn't stay there again! We did read the reviews before booking (so wasnt expecting to be a 4* hotel, and for the price we knew not to expect too much) but this is just unacceptable, they cant call this a hotel without maintaining a bare minimum quality. We had 3 double rooms, and they were all like as described above.

Pool is okay but the room is not in a good state I wouldn’t bother spending as much as I spent on it for two nights again
