Overall: Absolutely terrible experience, I wouldn’t even take a dog here, Location Bare in mind your next convenience store is 500m away, hold by a Korean who can’t speak English and charge you twice when he feels like About the room Despite the note given ahead of booking like (no 24h hot water, no front desk after 10pm etc) I still thought that it would do the job for my last 2 days in Cebu. No given water or instant coffee on the second day, no service. I blame myself for looking at the cheapest hotels and I kind of blame Trip for listing such a poor quality hotel.

The hotel is budget friendly. They provided toiletries such as brush and shampoo. It is quite near to Pier 3 Cebu port and 30-35mins away from the airport. There are nearby fast food chains for those who wishes to eat anytime. There are aslo taxis roaming around.

We loved it here super clean and peaceful, nice air con and clean beds, staff 100 percent know there jobs. We'll done everyone.

Pretty convinient for booking our guests since we dont have our own guest room at home.

Nice ambiance and cozy

The price is cheap, but there are no amenities. You have to prepare your own toothbrush, soap, shampoo, etc., and the location is right in the middle of Asportuna, so it's easy to move around.

The people at the reception were very friendly. I would like to use this service again.

The signboard of the hotel was Moriyama Hotel, so it's probably a Japanese owner. There was a snack and coffee service not found in other Red Doors. The staff were very friendly and comfortable, even though it was half the price of the big hotel I stayed the day before. You have to walk a little to fast food shops, calenderia and convenience stores
