Huge room, great breakfast spread! Fairly good location walking from Union Station and then to the Mall. Opposite the hotel is Nasa, short distance from it, the Museum of Indian America and Bible Museum.

🚗 交通：在市中心，離景點比較近 🧹衞生：事先沒有告知，沒人打掃衞生！每週打掃兩次。如果你不幸不在週二和週六，那不好意思，浴巾沒人換垃圾沒人倒。 🍃環境：老舊配不上四星，空調零下六度的天氣不停的壞，半夜凍醒，不壞的時間轟炸機一樣無法睡覺。怕聲音的一定要注意。 🔔服務：第一天的非姨大媽前台態度惡劣，訂的時候説明瞭要高層和臨街風景，給了三層不説，窗外是非常噁心的酒店垃圾場！對石子堆起來的小垃圾場一樣以及一個巨大的室外空調機噪音火車轟鳴。讓她給換直翻🙄️，好像誰欠了她兩百萬或者給她老公剛打架完。早餐巨搞笑，就是圖四這個不知道隔了幾天的三明治，放在袋子裏自己拿走。桌椅亂七八糟幾百年沒打掃你也坐不下去 總而言之這個價格不值得。但是攜程服務很好，最終幫助我換了房間給了補償。這是我一直用攜程的原因。感謝。

Great for family with three kids— front desk very helpful. Easy walk to Air and Space Museum and National Mall.

Our family of 4 just finished a trip to DC and stayed here. The room was plenty big, and we appreciated having a full kitchen. We loved the convenience of walking around the corner to the Metro stop, but also being close enough to walk to the National Mall if we chose. The breakfast offerings were varied, plentiful and delicious. The real star of this property is the staff: Patricia and the rest of the dining room staff are the friendliest you'll ever meet. My daughter and I were in the lobby at 3:00 (thanks, insomnia!) and Alfred gave us some pizza! My only issues were with the pool area: the door was incredibly squeaky and there were drain flies all over the wall by the shower. Despite mentioning this twice to the front desk staff, it remained unhandled. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating . From the front desk to the servers and maintenance. One staff member , when I asked her about a bus to a location she was careful to explain where to catch it & walked with me to make sure I knew exactly where to go. The housekeeping came daily although I was expecting every other day, they even washed my dirty dishes . I also felt safe in that after 4pm you could only enter into the place and all secured areas with your keycard.

great property for a family with kids. The breakfast and breakfast staff are amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was very accommodating. When we checked in, they didn't have a crib available. They went out and purchased on for us. Amazing service.

Great location and accommodation for families of more than 4. Hotel and rooms were clean and staff were great. Rooms are on the older side.

Good neighborhood with NASA offices across the street. Easy to walk to the smithsonian museums. Parking was under hotel and easy. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delightful and well stocked with many options. Staff was very friendly.

The hot tub wasn’t hot and the pool area was packed loud with kids hard to relax . The breakfast was good and room was clean . Good price though

The staff for breakfast were amazing. They worked hard to make everything perfect. Check in was smooth. However front desk with the exception of the gentleman who checked us in, was subpar and downright rude. Not sure what the person felt the job was, but it was definitely not assisting visitors. That was not just one day… it was all 3 days we were there. The afternoon:evening person was lovely. The day staff left a great deal to be desired. There was no concierge. When we asked directions, simple ones, which way to the museum, they had no idea about getting around DC. When we asked for a location of a specific restaurant, we were told there’s none in DC, but a simple Google search showed several nearby. That front desk person was not busy and could easily have assisted. That was a choice made not to. The couch in the room had a broken zipper and the padding was coming out. Other than that, the room was nice. The pool was fine. The workout room was also fine. There were plenty of clean towels at the pool and in the gym.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Nice location for National Mall stuff. One drawback is very few restaurants and no stores within walking distance.
