Ulasan Toyoko Inn Akita-eki Higashi-guchi

Though we felt lost to find where the hotel was, as the hotel lobby was located on the second floor of the building. The facilities were good.

Nice room, Perfect location, reasonable price. Lack of adaptor for European plug, very small and crowdy restaurant for breakfast.

It is good place to stay. It is including breakfast but unfortunately it is not tasty at all.

The location of this hotel is super good right at train station & parking is in the same building w reasonable price of $520 yen. The only thing we are really unhappy is about the front desk the lady there are not helpful & sound a bit rude to us. We requesting 2 extra pillow she insist us to go down drink desk to collect it, we said we are tired can they send up, but she just said NO, w a rude voice. For Japanese famous of good service & polite this is very rare to meet but we are unfortunate.

This is my second time staying here. Last time, I had to check out early in the morning, so I couldn't have breakfast, but this time I was able to have breakfast. The rice they provide is from Akita Prefecture, so it was very delicious. You can eat it at the breakfast venue, and if it's full or you want to eat it slowly in your room, you can take it to your room in a pack, which was very helpful.

Just walk from the east exit of Akita Station and turn around to reach the hotel. The location is very convenient.

The room is not big but has everything you need. The transportation is very convenient and is directly connected to the JR station. Toyoko Inn brings its own breakfast, which is very cost-effective. October coincides with the arrival of new rice from Akita Prefecture, so I had two bowls of rice in the morning!

It is quite comparable to the standards of domestic Hanting hotels, but the facilities are relatively old. Breakfast is okay and rich in variety. There is no bottled drinking water in the guest rooms, but there are water dispensers and vending machines in the lobby. Disposable toiletries are available at the lobby counter. Akita people are very honest. The bus driver saw that we had a lot of stuff and took the initiative to come over and help. I praise the character of Northeastern people!

It was conveniently connected to the station so I didn't have to worry about getting wet in the rain. There was also a convenience store just below, which was helpful!

There are some differences between Toyoko Inns across Japan. The breakfast at this one is not very good. But the biggest advantage of his house is that it is connected to Akita Station. After exiting the ticket gate, follow the signs and walk through the indoor corridor. It is very convenient without having to deal with the wind, sun, rain, and snow. If you are a non-smoker, please be sure to book a non-smoking room. I didn't pay attention and booked a smoking room. The smell of smoke was super strong!

Breakfast included, close to the station! It's a good choice, but the room is not very clean. You need to clean it yourself. This needs to be improved.
