That's my second stay at this hotel. Even though I could book only a smoking room, the smell was so weak that it was almost impossible to notice it. As usual, everything was great, the staff is ready to help you, room furniture is not new, but is nice and in the excellent condition.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a delightful experience. The room was exceptionally clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is next to the bus station which is very convenient for independent travelers. The front desk recommends that there is a large bathhouse next to the Yijiekou supermarket, which is a good bathhouse. Going down is the food street. Dinner was all eaten at the hotel, both were good. Basic food for breakfast is acceptable. The front desk service is good.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The location is great for going out for shopping, eating, etc. The facilities are new.

It is very close to the JR station and convenient for travel, but it is not a luxury hotel and cannot match the marked four stars. The hotel room is not spacious, but Japanese rooms are very clean.

I will write harsh words with love. The rooms and the service are quite normal. It's a business hotel, neither good nor bad. The worst part is the breakfast buffet. I entered the restaurant at 8:30. There was an hour until closing. At this point, there was almost no food left, and the maintenance had not been done in time. I considered why this was the case. There were two hall staff, and I don't know about the kitchen, but I think the hall staff probably work there as well. Even though it was a buffet, the food was only replenished a few at a time, which was hard to believe. I think this comes from the idea that if food is replenished, it is a waste (expenses). However, even if a few are replenished, they are gone in an instant, so both the kitchen and the hall have to cook and serve food again to replenish them. Meanwhile, the tables in the hall also need maintenance, but people are busy maintaining the food. If the tables are maintained, there will be no one to maintain the food. In the first place, not serving food despite the fact that they are charging for the buffet is extremely dishonest and simply stingy. This stinginess leads to a shortage of staff, which leads to a decline in service. It's a cycle of poverty breeding poverty. One of the reasons for the existence of buffets is to serve more than enough food to entertain customers as an activity. However, this buffet was based on the hotel's intentions, which were to reduce labor costs by having customers take the food, to reduce waste by serving food in small portions, and to accept complaints since there are few repeat tourists anyway. Even if that was not the intention, that is the only way we can see it. There's no way they'd call it SDGs after running a buffet. Under these circumstances, I will never use them again. And I will never stay in Monbetsu again. I think this behavior is selfish and will destroy tourism in Monbetsu, as there are not many hotels in Monbetsu.

It would be nice if there was a large public bath.
