Ulasan Tokyu Stay Sapporo

The room was very clean, a little small room but that's okay, the breakfast was good, nearby to Sapporo tower.

Hotel staff were friendly. We were able to loan an iron and ironing board upon request. Hotel is located near the shopping street and restaurants, making it convenient to grab a bite and buy souvenirs. Room is small but had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The location is perfect; just 3 mins from the underground exit 35 and near to Nijio market and TV tower. There's a lift on exit 34 if you are carrying big luggage. The room is clean and modest size for two pax. Love the washing machine cum dryer; really cut down the amount of clothes to bring for the trip. Booking include breakfast; it's buffet daily, mostly same items except few different dishes. They do offer limited Housekeeping service; it's good enough to change new towels and clean rubbish in the room. Will mostly likely choose this hotel again. I hope they offer more choice in the vending machine but it's okay also since there's a Lawson store just outside the hotel there. Staff there is also friendly and helpful.

The washing machine smells bad. Is there anyone to check the condition during room cleaning?

The room was very clean and had a washing machine so you don't need to use the communal ones. Good location

Hotel is cosy. Good restaurants nearby. Room is spacious. Staff are nice. Breakfast tastes good.

There are washing machine and microwave inside the room. The breakfast are delicious. The staff are attentive and friendly. The location is great as it is just next to the tower and walking distance to the shopping street.

Honestly, I was drawn to the washing machine in the room, just like everyone else. Liquid detergent was provided.. fantastic. Really amazing and works wonders! Other than that, room was really clean and comfortable, with large and spacious beds. The view from the hotel was amazing too, I could see the TV tower from my room! If there’s something that could be changed, it would be the pillow. It’s a little flat, but not a deal breaker. Would stay at Tokyu Stay again if I visit Hokkaido! :-)

I love my stay at Tokyu Stay Sapporo. It is basically close to everything. Shopping, foods and transport. Nijo market, Daiso, Cando, Tanukikoji shopping street, Donguri, soup curry, etc. I can basically buy and walk back to hotel to put my stuffs then continue to shop again. And I enjoy sitting at the Odori Park everyday because it is close to the hotel. The room is nice, it has microwave oven and washing machine! But the dryer took forever to dry my clothes. I love the small desk too. About the cons, I think it is the fridge which is not cold enough and there is not enough space to hang your clothes. There is hangers but the existing design is not practical at all. To talk from Sapporo station to the hotel, it is tiring but there are many shops and chairs to rest along the way. I took some rest a long the way at the Seico Mart. Quite enjoyable actually. I really enjoy my stay here. If I come Sapporo again, I will definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Location-wise, this is a really great place. Odori Park, Nijo market and the malls (Mitsukoshi, Parco, Tanukikoji Shopping street) are just a walking distance away. There are many places to eat around the area, too. The room also came in with its own automatic laundry machine, so for people who love to keep their clothes clean, this hotel is definitely for you! There’s also free coffee at the lobby (for a limited time). I just wasn’t very happy that cleaning would cost you an extra 1,500jpy. It’s a small amount to be fair, but it’s my first time to stay in a hotel that charges extra for cleaning. 😅 Over-all, I would still recommend this place if you’re looking for a 3-start hotel in Sapporo. ☺️🤗

The hotel is at a very convenient location. The room has a nice view! Love that it has a washing machine and a microwave inside the room.

Tokyu Stay Sapporo was perfect for me, good location and to access the sights and main station. Simple room and amenities but always consistent and clean.
