It Was not worthy of 100$ hotel .very small low amenities.its charge you 5 star rate but service you will get 2 star. I have to take my own bags in room. and provide products are not that standard.

New 5 star hotel in police Bazaar.

While the property is new and located close to the market, we had a bad experience. My father got stuck in the bathroom as the bathroom door lock got stuck and was not opening. For a good 10-15 minutes no one from the hotel came to our room inspite of multiple calls. I had to personally go down and call someone up. I have been staying at multiple properties around the world and have had such experience for the first time. While I am a bonvoy member don't expect such experiences or service levels. My father is a senior citizen and he was getting worried stuck in there. Extremely disappointed!

Had a fantastic experience at Courtyard Shillong. I stayed here with my wife and child and everything was well taken care of! Right from the grand reception at the front desk, upgrading my room to a corner mountain view room, getting welcomed with handmade chocolates and pastries to getting 20% off on F&B it was a sheer delight for me. At the executive lounge we were well taken care of by Mary who was an outstanding host. She had gone above and beyond in serving drinks and food as per our needs. Mary is a real asset to any hotel! On another day, Arun also took great care of us at the lounge. The rooms were excellent and well equipped with amazing views! The breakfast was lavish as expected from Marriott! Overall the stay was an amazing and memorable one. For anyone visiting Shillong, Courtyard is undoubtedly the best choice. Lookg forward to coming back again in the future sometime!

Our brief retreat at the Courtyard By Marriot was a pleasant one. We were delighted by the impeccable service, hospitality, responsiveness, attentiveness and readiness of management and staff who were always engaging and obliging. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered to us. Room allocation was done with effortless ease as we arrived. Chambermaids did a good job in ensuring the room was in order and clean. Bed was comfortable and there were choice of pillows. Dining area is spacious, well lit and hygenic. The chefs culinary skills were obvious judging from the breakfast buffet that was sumptuous in an impressive array of varieties. We were pleased to be given a late check-out after a request. We would like to express our appreciation for the top quality of service provided. Such convenient and well equipped outstanding service is highly commendable. We would like to mention that the following members of management and staff displayed exemplary efficiency having made our stay a memorable one. Perfect hangout . We were please to have Marry as the server. Her professionalism was par excellence. The food was good and drinks offered were very good. Food served was awesome. We had a very good time at Travern Club. We would definitely recommend this place if someone wants to hangout. vibes are awesome and calm and Soothing. Staffs are excellent.

Really good drinks at Taverns Club especially the punch phoron shot has the taste of Indian spices. The staff is courteous and thrives to provide a memorable experience. Special thanks to bartender Arun for mixing such great cocktails for us.

Food was really good,we had buffet enjoy a lot a with our family we really love to come back again, i just want to mentioned Miss Holyland she was really nice and helpful especially for our kids she really take a good care for them thanks miss see you soon🤩👍🏻

Excellent delicious and best experience ever with family especially for my niece 10th birthday it's a special get together ever with family and relatives and for me and my two kids it's our first time experience here in this court yard hotel.And especially the one who served us Miss Holyland, Wankmen and the maneger Mr Chandan and Atish
