Perfect service.

Hôtel très standing. Loin du centre en voiture. Confort et propreté au rendez-vous.

Problème avec l’eau chaude, pas d’eau chaude pendant une journée. Mais le personnel aimable et super emplacement

Tout est très bien uniquement le bâtiment vu de l’extérieur qui manque de charme

Chambres agréables et confortables. On regrette l'absence d'une machine à café dans un hôtel de ce standing. Personnel pas très attentionné (j'ai signalé un souci vis à vis de ma réservation et aucune solution n'a été recherchée).

We spent three nights there during our summer holidays. I feel like something is wrong with that hotel. In the evening and at night, alot of suspicious people hang around in the hallway and infront the hotel. They don't really look like tourists. They come and go with their cars, standing around at the hotel, watching everybody come and go. Smelled like **** near the hotel alot. Besides that, the hotel is pretty good. The pool is nice and the A/C works well. I didn't like that the window cannot be opened, though. Air supply is solely based on the A/C sytem

Good location. Friendly staff. Fitness room did not have much equipment.

I was satisfied with the overall quality. Clean, orderly and perfectly suitable hotel for a business trip. Staff was very kind and helpful.
