Desain toilet "pintar" sangat buruk, saat digunakan dudukan toilet akan turun hingga menyentuh pinggang sebanyak dua kali. Saat menyiram, dudukan toilet tidak dapat diturunkan tepat waktu, air akan memercik dan mengeluarkan suara. keras. Pegangan keran tidak aman dan terjatuh saat digunakan. Walaupun kondisi kesehatan dan sikap pelayanan baik, saya kurang senang dengan pengalaman ini setelah memesan kamar dengan harga lebih mahal selama liburan.

Nice to stay in Atour again. The washing machine ang dryer is a plus and breakfast is quite fulfilling.

This hotel equipped with washing machines at 2nd floor and also provide with washing liquid etc.

Hotel is clean and the staff are super helpful. The little play area kept the kids entertained for hours. There's a cute little library with a selection of books. Good selection of local food for breakfast.

The room was.big and spacious , very clean , I was impressed with this ATOUR hotel they also had a smart toilet and soeerste shower and toilet area, would recommend it to others !

Hotel staffs very helpful. Gave very good recommendations on nearby food choices. Late check-out was given as requested. Very pleasant stay.

staffs are helpful and the room is clean and tidy. one comment is about the centralized heat system, you can't adjust the temp, the only option is on and off.

Excellent service specially 比西 at the front desk, we don't know how to use DiDi and taxi is never available so he use his DiDi to get us a ride then teach us how to use Alipay on my phone, that's a must have in China, thanks to 比西 he saved the day, thanks again.

We were travelling as a party of four people and stayed at Atour Hotel (Chaozhou Ancient City People's Square). All of us were very impressed with the services provided by the hotel staff. Above all, the hotel manager (Ms 青盼) showed meticulous attention to detail in making us feel at home.

the hotel service is not bad but needs improvement, the waiting process of checking In a hotel room takes too much time, but the hotel has a robot which can help bringing takeover to your room so it is quite convenient. about the hotel facilities, I think they are good enough there are restaurants and gym room etc, although I think they can add more sitting areas in the lobby and the air conditioner is not strong enough.the rooms are quite big and looks very clean and modern so overall the hotel is acceptable and quite good.

This pleasant hotel is very clean and located quite centrally to the old town. The highlight of my stay is the breakfast at Thai hotel. You could see that the hotel put in a lot of thoughts in preparing the breakfast which is a very good mix of both Chinese and western cuisines. There is also a shop making and selling very delicious traditional Chao Shan biscuits located beside the entrance. Do try them if you stay in this hotel. I would certainly stay in this hotel if I am back in Chaozhou.

We had a good king-size bed. The pillows were very good; just the correct height and firmness. The mattress was firm and comfortable. The bath towels were large, fluffy and soft. The room was neat and clean. The hotel had a laundry room which provided everything you need to do your laundry and ironing and it's free! The lobby staff were young, efficient and helpful. The location of the hotel was about 10 min DiDi ride (¥13) to the tourist attractions like 广济桥与古城. Overall, we were very pleased with our 2-night stay at Atour Hotel. Thank you!
